  3. Problem isn't associate with localization. Why we need this prefix? NATO Prefix with OPFOR(Enemy Side!) If Feedback Tracker is work, i create topic in our Russian forum about this problem and topic on feedback tracker and use vote for know the opinion of the Russian-speaking about this issue. But Tracker is down, and I post this issue here. Thinking about add this good solution.
