Who We Are Task Force 88 is an authentic, Milsim Team, based off the original military group that was formed after 9/11. The Team is comprised of multiple units, with the core being made up of members from 1st Platoon CALLSIGN Banshee, JSOC callsign BLACKSHEEP, 5th SPECFOR callsign CONDOR, DEVGRU 2 callsign OUTLAW, 160th SOAR REG callsign RAZOR . We pride ourselves on our unparalleled team work and tactics we employ to get the job done, while having fun at the same time. We are a role based milsim group as opposed to rank based. This means that there are technically no ranks within the team, only roles, with the leadership role being held by the BLACKSHEEP unit. The missions are developed in house and tested before hand to ensure the quality and performance meet the team's standards that they have come to expect. During the missions we allow for guests to join as embedded units with the various other official units. We utilize a mix of air, land, and sea assets to accomplish the mission, with our members filling critical roles such as ground assault, Air/Sea transport, JTAC, reconnaissance, and more. The type of missions range anywhere from a full on assault of a certain AO, to a boat assault of a stronghold, to stealth and spec ops missions where avoiding detection is key to survival. We like to mix up the types of missions we do to keep the content fresh and the action entertaining for our members. When You Join You will be scheduled for training and after basic and advanced training, you will be placed in 1st Platoon BANSHEE. From there, you will have the option of moving on to more specialized training, depending on how well you perform during your training. It should be noted that the specialized groups will require additional training before you can officially move to these groups. If you haven't heard of them, check out C5 - Cerberus 5 as a TvT community resource. They have been a PvP Arma community since Arma 1 and continue to create maps for their groups PvP matches. Thank you for all the replies but they are still all speculation. I would like some clarification from a CM or Mod that has the "for sure" info on this.

The reason I ask is because the page here: http://www.arma3.com/news/plans-for-arma3-in-2013#.US0QqqXkudU Says: "To participate in the Alpha, people can purchase the Arma 3 Alpha (24.99 EUR/19.99 GBP/32.99 USD) or Arma 3 Digital Deluxe Edition (39.99 EUR/34.99 GBP/49.99 USD) on Steam." Nothing about the Supporter's edition... Can we get clarification on this? I would like to support the development but the wording here needs fixed if Supporters are to be clear on this matter.
