  1. Hi.. The live timer is gone somehow. http://abload.de/image.php?img=arma32014-01-0318-04-65uj7.jpg I got an idea to let the player "feel" the pain: how about adding some kind of blur and camshake to the injured player as long he is in pain and not treated?
  2. What do you mean with that? Like another solution / medication to treat pain in general?
  3. I like that idea. Maybe as part of a soldier's personal first aid kit. But after using still treatment of a medic needed to stop the pain and bandage it propperly.

  5. Open the mission.sqm in an editor and check what addons are saved in there. Check those with the modstring you have started the server/game.
  6. Ok X39, you convinced me... I'll stick to the mod version :D But keep in mind, if you offer a script version also, the chances to be a part aof a bigger collection like similar to ACE could increase. I think this mod got the potential to be some kind of next "ace-woundings" :D

    Oh, soldier specific? Sry, it was late when i read this. On arma 2 you could create custom loadouts with @LEA but i'm not sure if this works for Arma 3 too. Anyway, give it a try and tell me if it did work. EDIT: Sry again, Oktyabr already said that -.- Damn... I have to be more concentrated ^^

    Worked for me. Chat shows up now, but i'm not sure if i like it :D "I need EXFIL at coordinates x/y ASAP!" - "You're on an ACRE server, use the radio to call it in and not the side chat." - "OK, but can i have EXFIL? And bring some AT, explosives and MedKits!" - "-.- really? What did i just say?"

  10. Looks good from what i can tell. I'm no pro in scripting, tho :D I would have done it the same way you did, but of useing the 148 (max power is 5000!) i would have used the "ACRE_PRC117F"... To test it, run the game with your needed mods and ACRE o/c, start a dedi server on your local machine and get a buddy to join in... Could work...

    What you need is a custom loadout script, fill it with the class names of the items you want, and call it via init line in an ammobox. I guess that is what you mean, right?

Right now im building a MultiMod co70 PO2 with some pretty nice features on Reshmaan Province (200h+ of work by now, that's how i love patrol ops!). But i'm sorry to get back to this assignment stuff in PO3... We (our community) worked for several month very hard on a SQL based assignment/whitelist solution for Arma 2 Domi and a webinterface to manage it. With this solution we are able to manage and handle the pilot-, armor- and command-whitelists (JTAC, ATC, CCT, TOC) for an (theoretical) infinite number of servers and across Arma2 AND Arma3 (two more A2 servers, PO2 & Insurgency, and two A3 servers, Vanilla & PO3 w. ACRE, planed and in progress). Goal was to keep the admin work on the server(s) to a minimum. Admins want to play too, and that's not possible if every 30sec a player steps up to him with questions and wishes to fly ect... So here's my question: The way i see it, it is not possible to handle the PO3 role assignment via external sollutions like ours (i think its arma2net based, not sure), coz it's kinda "hardcoded", right? Please correct me if im wrong... You said something like working on the assignment stuff, what would it look like? Will there be a possibility to disable the ingame assigment but keeping the squadmanagement? Will there also be a possibility to disable the injury system? Like adding this to the params? I'm asking about the injury system b/c i'm also working on a PO3 with ALiVE and XMedSys by X39 (vBundeswehr). THX so far for your absolutly amazing work and a happy new year!

  15. Ok, i'm kinda lost... First, what pbo's? I got the items, ressources, scripting, settings and uis... Second, what should the folder structure look like? I would like to have a clean structures like <Mission Folder> <Folder 1> <Folder 2> <Folder X> <X39> description.ext init.sqf mission.sqm and not all the scripts in one chaos folder. Can i do this somehow with the XMedSys without killing it? My goal is to keep the downloads on additional Mods pretty low to keep it simple for players to join the server. Hope you know what i mean?
  16. Thx for the quick response, and no big deal about not working on christmas :D Take your time... One last thing to mention: could you add the drag and carry funktion to the scroll-menu? Imagine a big firefight, bullets passing by only inches above your hat and your're stuck in the menu searching the drag funktion... Takes a bit too long... @Pellejones Sorry, must have over read the part with the script version/ability... Thx for the advice!

  18. Some guys asked me to share my version of DUWS, and here it is... This version still needs to be hosted local, but still got some MP improovement like an ACRE Radio Box at the Mainbase from the beginning on. This box will also be avaliable when you fortify your FOBs. Next thing, i got the =BTC= Revive working and a mapcleaner-script (sorry, don't know who wrote it...).   19. Fist of all: This thing is just awsome! Me and my buddies playing this for almost 35h now! I did some stuff to improove the bad performance after big battles. I added a damn good working delete-script and the propper working =BTC= revive script for multiplayer gaming. If you want my version, pm me on the forum. I don't want to post it without your permission. Btw: When you get this sweet little thing running on dedicated servers, i know some guys who would LOVE to test it out! PM me or visit www.taskforce47.de German ACE/ACRE Community with over 250 member. When DUWS is ready it will be #1 on our Arma3 servers!!
  20. To honor your hard work, and yurapetrov's as well, your choppers will be added as main air transport asset on our upcoming Public Server #2 with modified PatrolOps.   21. Hey there... Well, a little more than 30... ;) I downloaded the latest versions of the Blackhawks and the Chinook, but still getting the issiues with the fastropes. Seems not to be fixed. I tested it on some Maps, like standard and customs but still the same. The first bird who's useing the ropes strikes. When i use it on the Chinook first, the ropes hang on the back. When i change to the Blackhawk, the ropes hang out on the tail. Same thing when i use the Blackhawk first. All perfect with that, but when i change to the Chinook, the ropes hang in the middle. Next thing, when i deply them as pilot, nobody get's moved out. Same when somebody in the back deployes them. Well, sometimes it's working when they are in the same squad. But then they get kicked out of the bird an fall to the ground...

    Is there a posibillity do disable the fastroping in this chopper? Like some command in the init of the chopper similar to "remove addaction fastrope"? I'm asking because of the issiues with the fastroping between the MH-47E and the Blackhawk... I would like to use both and disable the fastroping either in the Chinook or the Blackhawk. Only until the updates are avaliable on "play with six"... I read that the bug was fixed in the Seahawk, but i cant tell every user who want's to join the server to manually change the files.
