Yes, there is an activation limit: Once actived and added to your Steam Account, you can't activate it again. But as -=Grunt=- already said, you can download it as often as you want. Simply login with your Steam Account and download the game at the PC that you want to have ArmA 3 installed. There is no installation limit.

The Publisher (BI) decides the price for games at the Steam Store.....

Since Arma 3 has Render-to-Texture, it could be possible. But I guess you'll have to wait until the alpha and if they alpha/full game doesn't have that feature, then I guess it it possible to be added as mod

Stealing CD-keys (from already steam activated games) will be impossible. To play the game, you'll need to activate the key trought Steam and Steam only allows 1 account per key. So, if someone stole your CD-key (from your already activated game) he won't be able to do anything with it.

Look at the weapons both soilders in the middle are holding: They are both the same but with different attachments. The solider in the back has an bipod and a extended magazin attached to his weapon (the magazin is longer compared to the magazin of the other weapon). Sooooo..... Steam handels download speed pretty well. However, sometimes they crash if they are overrunned by users trying to download a game (only happens sometimes at new releases, but it gets better with every release) I would be more worried about the BI-Store, getting overrunned by Support Edition buyers^^

Can we please put once and for all an end to the "will it hurt mods or not" discussion? Aslong as they developers don't give a statement about the whole "Steam-ArmA 3-MOD" topic, we can't be sure about whether it will affect modding or not. However, please keep in mind that some of the most "mod-ablest" games are steam exclusive; Half-Life 2, Skyrim, Left 4 Dead 2, etc. It didn't hurt them, did it? I think it is safe to assume, that Steam won't "hurt" or restrict ArmA 3 mods in any way.
