LEA - Loadout Editor for ArmA 3

I am not sure if this has been mentioned already, but there is no ammo for the M107s for the NATO and Russian SF mod.

Alright will do. Will you still investigate the bug though? :)

LEA - Loadout Editor for ArmA 3

I use the stable branch of Arma 3 if that helps. The scripts you are talking about, I assume they don't integrate with LEA, so would I have to find my loadout in the generated scripts from LEA then paste them into the custom scripts?

Sorry to repeat, but can you help with the (my) issue Major_Shepard?

LEA - Loadout Editor for ArmA 3

I dont think so. I am running CBA_A3 and JSRS2.0 which I can disable and try again, but I doubt its those. EDIT: I disabled CBA and JSRS and I still don't respawn with LEA loadouts. Possible reasons: LEA is bugged, description.ext has something to do with it, or I'm not exporting the mission correctly.

LEA - Loadout Editor for ArmA 3

Hi, It seems that I cannot respawn with my LEA loadout. I made a mission using main editor > Create respawns in description.ext > Used LEA to customize loadouts > Generate loadout.sqf > Enable 'Respawn with LEA loadouts' > Make Mission.pbo > Copy Mission.pbo from pbo folder to MPMissions > Die and Respawn > Default unit gear. Using BASE and INSTANT respawn does not matter here from testing. It might be that default helmet/gear box you mentioned in your wiki, but can you please see what's the problem here? Thanks Major Shephard.
  7. This is great news! Any news on an Alpha release?
  8. Hi, I am just wondering what the _F means at the end of a classname. I see it all the time but I have no idea what it means. I understand like _ACO_ infront of it means the sight, but _F is just a mystery to me. Thanks.
  9. Ahh alright, I will spend some time looking through that then.
  10. Hi Iceman, you have some really good tips. However, does the guide also apply for ARMA 2/OA? Because it's for ARMA1.
  11. Wow thanks for the tips guys. I shall visit the links and have a look to see how I can get started. mihikle, What you said is very good and helpful. I agree that I should stay simple because I'm not making anything for the public, just for my friends. You also gave me a mission idea :) KilrBe3, So many commands! Haha, I will find out which ones are most commonly used and useful and I'll try implementing some. tryteyker, A scripted convoy, that sounds fun!
  12. By looking at the title first, you might think this is a stupid question, but I would appreciated a lot if it is answered properly :) So let me re-phrase the question and add some extra info here because I have more room. I have currently got into scripting and making missions in ARMA 2. The scripting that I do is so simple and basic that I doubt it's even called scripting at all: e.g. "this allowdamage false;","setviewdistance 5000;". I watched some tutorials on YouTube to help me make triggers to end missions and I am able to make "Defend the Outpost" missions (A little base with custom loadouts using @LEA and tons of enemy infantry and armor to kill) for my friends to play on. They say the missions are quite a blast to play (yay). Now, I want to go a bit more complicated, more triggers, scripts etc. But I don't know if you need knowledge into real computer stuff. I haven't even graduated from High School yet (Currently 15 and doing a year 11 course in Australia). I have a Minecraft server and I know how to code permissions. All of this doesn't mean I can script, because I have to say, it's quite complex. So, I'm saying, am I able to script (just intermediate stuff, not extremely difficult stuff like you see on MP servers) by spending time reading/watching tutorials, or do I need a Computer Science degree in UNI for me to able to understand all this. Thanks
