  3. Man, I really hope they spend some time on that, and properly fix it. I'm pretty happy with the way BI supported and shaped up the game, however this part of the game desperately needs some love. I even made a video (on current stable branch) with the intention to post it on feedback tracker ---> but I guess they're on it.Also saw the bug on recent Dslyecxi video ---> You try to crouch or go prone, and the player just completely ignores you. If you guys could fix those issues, I couldn't be happier, since these can really ruin your game really quick :)
  4. Configure -> Controls -> Configure addons (on the bottom) -> ACE Weapons, and there you can mess around with grenade keys.
  5. Im ok with inertia for rifles and smg's, but mg's could really use some more tweaking. As it is now - enemies being so bullet spongy, i'm always gonna take 7.62mm mg over any assault rifle, and be more effective, even when clearing the buildings.

  10. It would be great if you could bring back those checkboxes from 1.3, for quick enabling/disabling of the mods, without needing to remove them from the set.

    Yep, they were definitely shooting in combat pace, though I don't know does it still happen (haven't played with friendly AI for some quite some time). Gonna send you a PM with video in the next 5 minutes.

    Unless BI removed it in some patch, the AI can fire while on the move for about 2 months already.

I can confirm this, also if you try joining multyplayer server with addons that are not allowed on that server, you just return to the menu screen without any explanation what happened (if you don't have -nologs in your launch, it will show the list of addons that you need to remove if you wanna play on that server).

    Nice job Surfer, I really liked the mission. Though like gnarly_rider said, AI definitely see you through fog (on veteran, when I tried it on regular, seemed fine to me), I even turned on third person to look at their position behind cover, and try to spot them (just to test if they can see better then me, or it's just that I am terrible at spotting them). And no way I could see some of the guys that were shooting at me, even though I knew exactly from where he is shooting. Though that definitely is not your fault, the reason i'm saying this is because you could maybe provide us with a parameter in your mission to maybe ease up on the fog, or remove it completely? Also, if you still need testers for your coop mission, I will be happy to help.

    Weird I don't know, maybe if you select only AT guy and order him to target the APC, he will snap out of it, or maybe he is switching weapons, and can't fire yet. I remember trying it out in a SP mission, -> (check 4:20-4:40 only) and it worked beautifully. I had a lot of crappy problems with AI, but not this one, though that video was a month ago, and things may be different now, since I didn't play much with friendly AI lately.

    I was explaining for a very specific quoted situation (ambush) :P Also works good when sneaking up on enemies. Anyway just to make it clear, do you have a problem with it because AI shoots at APCs with their rifle, while having AT launcher on the back, or because they are shooting at APC even without a launcher?

    Well if you are the team leader, you can easily fix that. You should order them to hold fire no matter if you are expecting APCs or infantry, and when you're all set, tell them to open fire.

    I downloaded most of them with pw6 (I probably have DL the wrong addons), except USMC, that one had to do manually. Anyway, I never played the mission that lets you get in, if you don't have required addons. Gonna have to try again.

    I tried the mission 2x just in case, both times the village was empty, and that BMP 3 was just sitting on the road (probably empty, but i couldn't get in, so not 100% sure). Didn't have trouble with AI though. Anyway, I was getting some error when i'm close to the village "bad vehicle type 0_mas_rus_Soldier_F_v" so it might have something to do with that.
