The map alone is worth it, let alone the new weapons/vehicles/new units etc and the Coop Campaign.

Pretty scary that 15 years gone by since me and a friend walked down to the gaming store a sunny day and picked up two CD boxes with OFP in it!
On the way home we was hyped about the MP part and discussed how well things would work on my 56 600 bps modem, my friend was lucky enough to have a 128 KB ISDN link from his work at home. Since that day OFP/ArmA is one of the few games I still play.
Fast forward to today and being an old fart my first contact with video games was this...
Having that perspective I'm amazed how far we came with computer games in general and all the new things the Dev's added in A3. Many things like weapon resting, leaning, stances, FFV, diving, mines, advanced flight model, sling loading, etc.... have been on the wishlist since very long time ago and now we have them!
Happy birthday! Looking forward to your 20th birthday and beyond :)

Whats the server? I currently only find one running sahrani evo
Had to switch providers and current one does'nt have option to upload CUP 8( Hopefully we'll see a Tanoa Evo after Apex release.

Dunno if BIS ever did(other than GOTY) but that campaign deserved an official game award. :D Like an Oscar but for game/campaign development.

In celebration of 15 years of OFP/ArmA and as a lil bonus to BIS an 1 lucky person I've decided to buy another copy of Apex and give it away to one lucky person. Persons interested in submitting for this must have base game ArmA3 (not already own Apex) an sumbit a submission here with there correct steam name. Will run this for 1 day only! Happy Birthday OFP (yes you'll always be OFP too me too H... with Codi). Man what a ride it has been, I remember first playing OFP(ArmA CWA) for the first time an being blown away by the realism and running for my life like the whole Russian Army was looking for me. Has been interesting too see the changes from than til now were on the cusp of our first Pacific terrain, that Jame Gastovski an David Armstrong would be proud of:D Lil tip too new players if you hav'nt played the CWC campaign an don't mind the old gfx it's one of the best campaigns ever.

We used them paths the other day to hide from a pesky Kajman while playing Escape Tanoa :D Just one more thing for immersion..have your co-driver hop out an ground guide ya :D Looks like we might have proper off road for atv's now too :D GoCart might be pushing it a bit. Somthing to try while waiting on PCGamer show.

4.4gb update just got added to dev-branch any ideas guys ? Think its just map fixes
32min dl for new update so hard to say could'nt tell what the size was so seems maybe a lil large for just a map update. Looks to be just that though. Now i can go back to bed ty :D

Just pure speculation, but you think BIS will drop another present @ E3 on Monday? Maybe full Apex content in dev branch or some vehicles/weapons/factions etc? I sure hope so :D In past seems like most new content spent a week or two in dev b4 releasing new content onto dev so if release is end of June(if) would give em a cpl weeks for bug squashing.

Can't wait to see this on Tanoa :P I got my ArmA3 server back and seen that there was option install Cup so if'n I cant get missions to run on Tanoa I'll switch back to stable an host Sahrani Evo(til Apex releases at least) :D

Can we have those trains moving, with carts that can be towed and can carry stuff.
Oh, and don't forget the FFV on them so we can have a fully on rails shooter!
Or just do this with the models provided, if the code still works.

OMG I was litterally @ GOG like maybe 2 months ago looking for this and now here it is! Dunno if I was somewhere in the OFP, RB6 (Raven Shield) or yes BF 1942, MOHAA relm when this came but the atmoshere of this game is probably what played a huge part in me being where I'am today. Playing shooters lol. Man if they'd remake this with current tech or maybe someone(hint hint) would make a ArmA3 mod for it(kinda surprised nobody has yet). Very awsome find!!! I also got MOHAA on GOG(offtopic).If you love the ArmA/OFP squad play slowed down even slower than ArmA you should try this game!
