I sortof wonder if the broken models causing all that gfx corruption in DayZ is not also corrupting game memory triggering battleye...

I can confirm the banning thing... I just played in the Delta DayZ server, disconnected to play ACE mod, came back and I was globally banned. Patch 95777 too.

I'm going to update to 95819 now, hoping to solve the 'banning' thing.

The only response we got is that we are all stupid cheaters and BE never makes mistakes...

I too have been banned as a result of patch 95777 and have gotten zero response from Bohemia, Battleye, or Steam. Buying a new game is the only outlet it seems. If this isn't fixed, Bohemia and Battleye have really dropped the ball.

What you should do is contact BE (Battle Eye) to get unbanned.

We already did that, but other players say, i took weeks till they respond.

This update ist dangerous, first I and a friend could not join the most servers, then we both got gobal banned.

Dont use it till they fix that.
