    This doesn't work. Here's a real solution:

    1. Close Steam

    2. Run Steam as administrator.

    3. After having purchased Armies of Czech Republic, launch Operation Arrowhead as you normally would.

    4. An installation should appear.

    5. There. It's fixed.

    Seriously, I had to figure this out myself. Steam support doesn't know about this fix and there's no obvious threads here that explain how to fix it. There should be a sticky or something. I was getting close to demanding a refund.

    Yeah definitely get it now. Like others have said you'll learn the game. maybe find a good group to play coop with so that soon as ArmA III comes out you can get straight into coop with them. Team play is what makes ArmA IMO and have a good group of people to play with WHO COMMUNICATE with each other is awesome.

    I would love to do this if you're still interested? Im from the UK, but play well into the early hours so the time diff wont matter. The only thing would be connection, not sure how bad the latency or whatever would be. We could try it, see what ping we get and see if its playable or too laggy.

    Or if there's anyone else from the UK who like to play in the way the OP described get in touch :)
