So about a month ago I bought Arma II CO through gamestop's impulse service because I had the gamestop credit and wanted to try DayZ. So about 3 days ago when I went to play DayZ and tried to join a server I got the "Bad Serial Number Given In Setup" Error. I know lots of people have fixed this via running as admin or restarting their computer. This however did not work for myself. So after browsing the forums for awhile I figured it would be best to just reinstall both games. So I uninstall both of them and after the 3 hour wait of redownloading them I then go and try to install the 1.60 and 1.62 patch for Operation arrowhead and get a "Arma II Operation Arrowhead is not installed or installation is corrupt" error. So then I start browsing the forums looking for solutions for this. Couldn't find any that worked. So I then tried to completely uninstall arma II and Operation Arrowhead and completely reinstall both games. After doing this the problem persisted and I have looked for solutions to this problem but have yet to find one to fit my issue and to solve my issue. Things I have tried: Run as admin Restart Computer Arma II Reg Fixer Reinstall Multiple Times Change Install Directory Get latest beta patch Get latest arma 2 patches And none of this has worked so if you might be able to help feel free.
