I can't figure out how to change the zoom or zoom in and out while scoped in using a sniper. I see players do that on videos, tried googling it but cant find how to.

How can you mark places in your map besides double clicking it that shows a big X mark and everyone can see it. I`ve seen some people do markings for themselves like a waypoint or something but I can`t seem to figure it out thanks.
