The included "rhi.bikey" is not working on the files provided by PWS.
"rh_aks.pbo" and "rh_aks_cfg.pbo" are not signed by a key accepted by this server.

The jammers I've been trained in are very situational and locational with a range up to 50 meters. They operate on separate batteries and basically just output with a higher amplitude than your average squad or platoon radio. The point of these jammers, just like oshydaka mentioned, is to block a critical spot from receiving or transmitting signals ie. airports and known enemy locations. They're either deployed by special forces or fired from afar by artillery.
