Are you right clicking on the installation and then clicking "Run as administrator"? Even though you may have an "Administrator" account, it's not actually a full administrator.Run as administrator has no effect.

Are you sure you're entering it in correctly? Did you delete the old registry entries as well? Try restarting your PC.Placebo confirmed I am reading it correctly and that the key is still good.
I already tried restarting.
Which registry entries? I just now did a manual search for such things and did delete a few arma 2 entries, but still no luck.
EDIT: I also tried the installation with my anti-virus software and firewall off to no avail. Also, I am logged in with admin privileges with UAC disabled.
EDIT2:
This is the error I have been getting.

In my frustration I was spamming the next button and found that doing so let me get to the next screen.
To reiterate, from the image above (even without entering ANYTHING for a CD key) pressing the next button would continue the install (I haven't gone any further because this is 6 ways from Sunday fishy).
I KNOW I have a good CD key and I KNOW I have gotten this thing to install before. So why is this happening?

I have the retail boxed copy of Arma II Combined Operations (Arma 2 and Arma 2: OA).
I uninstalled it because I was having trouble getting a mod to connect to servers and thought a fresh install might help (uninstalled everything and deleted the Arma II folder that was left).
Now I run the setup to reinstall it and it throws me a "Wrong CD Key" error when I try to get past the screen where you enter your key.
I did some searching and saw where you could pm your CD key to Placebo to see if the CD key was legit. I sent him a PM about it (I hope that is still "the done thing").
I am running Windows 7 64bit, if that is important. For the system requirements, I meet or exceed all of the recommended requirements comfortably.

I personally doubt this line of reasoning, but how about I unplug it and go to bed as it is almost 1:30 am for me and I have been troubleshooting this myself since yesterday.
