when i go up to the flag and select recruit units this error message come up "Resource RecruitUnitsDialog not found" how do i fix this?

i still cant get this to work, lol, i have the description.ext correct, and the inti.sqf, and the folder structure, and still get the "Resource RecruitUnitsDialog not found" error. btw i am using this for domi as the version i am playing does not have recruit able ai
