Well I meant the 240, I never really hop on the M2. Generally I don't spend enough time on an MG to be bothered, just when things get hairy.

I've always got earplugs on me, I generally forget to put them in when picking up an MG and I don't notice it starting to ring until I get through a few belts now. That's my reminder to put them in. I find CSW's starting to jam more frequently then they should now, and that starts before you go deaf. 400/500 rounds out.

I've always been an ACE only player and I've got to say those annoyance never steered me away but I feel your pain, that said they are less and less nowadays. I rarely put earplugs in and don't really notice deafness as rapidly as before, blackouts while piloting seem less and less, or maybe it's me adapting. Well you shouldn't force everyone else to drive a Yugo with you either. ARMA is the road, not the car.

While I'm against catering to those with low end PC's my mid range has been running ARMA2 just fine for years, upgrade over time don't drop all your cash at once. I'm looking forward to slowly building my new ARMA3 rig. That said, changing the graphics won't increase sales, we're a niche bunch.
