My problem can not be fixed in that thread

Hello Everyone I have been playing arma 2 AO for a years now when I stumbled upon the "dayz" mod which is very fun but there is just one problem :(

Every 5-10 seconds the gay freezes even though the game runs at a perfect 45 fps it still freezes :(

The problem is not only dayz though it also occurs in arma 2 free

But here is the thing Ive been play Arma 2 AO for a years and never once had this problem happen before

I have look through thousands of threads and It looks like im not alone

I have done many things to cope with this problem though

I have....

1. re installed all of my arma games

2.Defraged my Hard drive

3.set to application controlled in the nvida control panel

NOTHING WORKS

before you tell my system cant run arma just know i play ARMA 2 OA at a perfect 60fps with no lag or freezes what so ever

GPU-ZOTAC gt440 512MB DDR5

CPU-AMD ATHLON x2 2.4GHZ

RAM-3gb ddr2

If you have any idea how to fix this please help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Every 10 seconds I get a freeze that lasts for 5 seconds and then it stops and I can play but 10 seconds later it freezes agian and It does this non stop

But the thing is when the game is not frozen It play at 40FPS so why am I freezing?
