Arcade options or not, a lot of shots I would make in real life, I can't Arma. (As in hitting a target or actually dropping a target in stead of just hurting the guy so he can limp out of sight and come after me. Vica versa also) It's not easy to replicate the coordination between your arms and eyes into a game. In the end it's always a compromise, but if you change the way the aiming goes to implement one real life aspect, you'll compromise ballance you have in relation to certain "unreal" elements. As for things like holding breath, I find those natural and instinctive when you're firing a weapon. Changing instinct by pressing a button in game, may perhaps simulate that, but the fact that I actually have to think to pres it, is damnright annoying and detaches me from the experience. Another example is shooting a sniper riffle standing or kneeled, in real life you shoot and then open your other eye (knowing the recoil will be there and that you'll have trouble orientating again) In the game, you shoot and keep looking trough the scope that goes up high. Again, instinct replaced by buttons...

I haven't downloaded any mods for amra yet. 1.Don't play that much (and mostly on public servers) 2.tried it once and I can't unpack the files, my laptop just won't let me, don't know why

Just walk out? In chernarus there's a ditch near Krasnotav airport (it's actually the dry bank of a creek running to Willow Lake) I really like that and wish there where more of those. Some smaller, some larger.

The one, single thing you're most looking forward to?

Hidding in the shadow at a distance, really look forward to be hidden at long/intermediate range. -

Just noticed a little detail in the stratis trailer, isn't the diver in the underwater scene swimming a bit too fast?

The world's fish population says no. -
I have a book called "Combat", it's from the 80's, early 90's, and most things are explained in it. From patrolling on foot, to sniper stalking to tank tactics. It's not exactly what you're looking for, but can be quite handy.

I'd pay for a social network site if my data wasn't shared with other. I have facebook but I don't put that much information about me on it. -edit: srry was about 16 pages retarded-

Change the "radar", it spots everything, wheter's it's really well hidden or not, wheter it's a bike or a large tank... I often find it annoying while playing that the radar picks up too much vehicles, don't know what it picks up in real life, but sure, a mountainbike wouldn't be possible to get a radar lock on?

*Dutch *English *French (not that good at grammar, but I know a lot of words, so understanding and speaking to people is quite easy for me) I also know a little bit of German. Want to learn: Russian and expand my knowledge of German.

There were 2 incidents with policemen who were shot at and suddenly people who don't think a large government is a good idea and believe that the financial crisis has it's origins in the US leaving the gold-standard are dangerous. They're trying to make a public enemy out of libertarian/liberal/conservatives.

I thought it was obvious how stupid and far fetched insulting libertarians that press conference was when I posted it here. :p ---------- Post added at 11:35 PM ---------- Previous post was at 11:34 PM ---------- And on the other news: Nevada vote fraud official

I wonder how long that will last + we don't know what effect on short term the greece and other EU members monetairy problems will have on the USA. I also don't think he could get anything done, but members of Congress still need to be elected, you still need to follow your voters to some degree. And Ron Paul would still make a better president than other candidates, I don't know (exactly) how it works in the USA, but congress may have it's vote, isn't the president (and his ministers) the one who executes laws? And doesn't he have a veto? It will be hard, but not to an extent that would make Ron Paul a president that can't change a thing.

Russia and China Veto Secuirty council measures on Syria.

I don't take an opinion in this discussion, just saying the UN is insuficient and not created for these conflicts. Therefor you shouldn't be surprised it can't always solve them. -

The UN was created to assure peace between countries, not in countries. You may accept that the UN tries to assure peace in a country, but that still doesn't give the UN the right to enforce a democracy. -

I think, that if Obama wants news coverage, he sends seals, if he doesn't, he sends Delta's or other operators. I think seals have become more of a pr-tool, the so called "secret" unit even has it's own movie comming out, with actual seals playing in it. Appart from that, I do respect them, they must be great warriors and I wouldn't want to do it. And I do think they also get used for some secret stuff.

I think a big improvement could be realised if I could just click the commands in stead of using the number etc. By that I mean, the option to hold a button [ctrl] and just have a cursor to click. In short: for ex. you want to give a command to unit 3, just press ctrl, click on his icon at the bottom of the screen and click at the command you want to give him. (go there, attack, stealth, get down, hold fire, mount...)

Nope, it's a yunker 2.(ak 105 with a metal butstock) I don't know much about these guns, except they're the best toy ever for a kid.

Real figures of these jets are kept a secret. (if you knew the exact cruising speed of a plane it would be easy to spot it and calculate the ETA and you'd have a benchmark to make a better aircraft) I think many planes today and powerfull from the past like the f111 can do it with ease. Even concorde, which was just a passenger airliner could supercruise. :D

F111?

Having an AK 105 (a 4.5mm airgun version made by izmash) the problem with the sights imo is that they are too low, I have to lay my head down to see trough them loosing much vision and it's not that comfy. A solution would be making the iron sights MP44-like, they line up perfectly with your eyes.
