Startup Problem with ArmA2: Operation Arrowhead

I finished installing Arma 2: Operation Arrowhead and was really excited to play. I also have the normal ArmA 2, but not yet installed. When I start up ArmA 2: OA, I get an error message saying this: Data file too short 'C:\Program Files(x89)\Steam\SteamApps\Common\ArmA 2\addons\buildings2.pbo'. Expected 359035379 B, got 105512960 B Does anyone know how to fix this? Please help.
