WE ARE RECRUITING!

Hello,
The 7th Operations would like to know if you are willing to join our ranks, and become a realism soldier? Do you want to be part of a realism unit which has fun, but can be serious at the same time? The 7th Operations is a unit for ARMA II in which there is mature, serious gaming, but you can have fun at the same time. We have a variety of positions available for you to choose; From pilot, to grunt, to artillery gunner, we have it all. We have officers which are friendly to all Recruits who may need assistance if it is your first time. We have training and tactical operations which add to the experience even more and gives Recruits the experience that they need.
We use the ACE mod for ARMA II: Combined Operations.
If you have the game, but you’re not sure how to install mods, our team of trained seals would be glad to help you.
Our Teamspeak 3 Info (Even if you don’t have the intention of signing up, you are more than welcome to hang out with us)

I'm trying to get a mission working, but I keep getting the message that I can't play it because I don't have "deleted.BDU_Woodland_men" . Problem is, I can't seem to find this mission on the web. Can anyone shed some light on this?

When will the patch be coming up on Six Updater? Just checked and it wasn't there yet...

Mr. Pedersen,
Can you check your PM box and reply to me asap?
Thanks,
Russ

Hi guys,
I have a request. Can you guys add the Smith & Wesson Model 39 in silenced and non-silenced version? As the Navy SEALS used them during the war I thought that they should be in the mod.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Smith_%26_Wesson_Model_39

Also, for people who are dying for SP missions, I'm currently working on a mission which is basically Firestorm except that it takes place at the main base in Lowlands. Yes, it will be almost as large as a "Siege Of Khe Sanh" scale. ;)
21st Marine Expeditionary Unit - RECRUITING!
in ARMA 2 & OA - SQUADS AND FANPAGES
Posted · Edited by [FRL]Myke
THE 21st MEU IS NOW RECRUITING!
Hello, I am SgtMaj. Smith of the 21st Marine Expeditionary Unit. We are an ARMA II CO gaming community that represents a fictional Marine Expeditionary Unit, but this doesn't mean that we sacrifice realism. We wish to have a well structured unit as soon as we get more members. We do not consider ourselves a clan, however, because we are not entirely dedicated to ARMA, as we play other games when we are taking a break from it, such as Project Reality for BF2 and more!
Another note that I should add is that we are not the 21st MEU which has been around for a while. We are a completely different community and are in no way associated with them.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Must have an working microphone.
- Must have ARMA II: Combined Operations.
- Must have Teamspeak 3.
- Steam (Optional but recommended)
- Xfire (Optional, but can be used as an alternative to Steam for contacting one of us)
- Must try to be an active player.
- Must show respect towards superiors.
How to join:
First of all, the player needs to contact us through the following methods in the "Contact us" section down below. After a successful application, you will receive recruit tags, be placed on the combat roster, and shall await basic combat training at Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center Twenty-nine Palms. This training consists of the basics, as well as straightening you into a true marine. The courses involved includes: pistol and rifle qualification, navigation, basic ACE usage, basic radio communication, and basic formations. After you finish training, you will become a Private and from then on allowed to participate in combat operations. Any member is allowed to request advanced training depending on which specialty they are interested in. You will earn your rank by showing respect, activity and loyalty towards the unit. Be advised, because we strive to be as realistic as possible, the ranking system doesn't allow the player to rank up fast. But that doesn't mean that you won't be promoted at all. Do you duty, do your best, and you'll make us proud.
Organization:
Due to lack of members, we currently have only have 13 members divided into 2 teams: Alpha team, which is our Main Assault Asset, and Bravo team, which basically contains all of our higher echelon assets, such as Special Operations, Aviation, and Recon. There will be a more diverse structure added later on as we grow.
AS OF 7/20/13, the 21st MEU's structure is being reorganized. Stay tuned for more!
Available Positions:
0300 Basic Infantryman
0311 Rifleman
0302 Infantry Officer (Depends on if you have prior experience, as well as if you enroll for Officer's training.)
0331 Machine Gunner
0621 Field Radio Operator
0911 Drill Instructor
0913 Marine Combat Instructor
1371 Combat Engineer
5811 Military Police
We have way more to offer than just this, but only available by request/promotion. This is what we are asking for the most at the moment.
Mod List:
@ACE
@ACEX
@ACEX_RU
@ACEX_SM
@ACEX_USNAVY
@ACRE
@CBA
@CBA_A2
@CBA_OA
@Jayarma2lib or @Jayarma2lib_new
@LEA (Recommended)
These mods listed above are the mere basics that we use. We also use map mods such as Fallujah, 29 Palms, Clafghan, Isla Duala, Lingor, and more! We also have custom mods that are exclusive to us only. If you need help with getting any of our mods that you need, our staff would be more than willing to help you out.
Contact Us: For security reasons, we do not provide the Teamspeak information to the general public. If you are interested in joining, please add and/or message any of the group officers on Steam or Xfire if they are online. They will provide you with the Teamspeak information and we can go from there. You can also PM me on the forums, but I will not guarantee an immediate response.

19 JUL 2013 - Marines, the day has come where we no longer rely on a shoreside forward operations base to resupply for ammunition, vehicles, etc. The Carrier Strike Group will now be upgraded to the 5th Fleet (Battlegroup). With an upgraded fleet, we now have operational PHALANX systems, harpoon missiles and other means to counter the next largest naval force in the world -- the Russians. Our Battlegroup now has, Six (6) Destroyers, Four (4) Cruisers with AEGIS abilities, One (1) Flagship NIMITZ Supercarrier, One (1) LHD for Combat Helicopters/Transports, two (2) Sea Frames for Special Operations and riverines, and four (4) Amphibious Assault carriers. Our assault carriers are the ships, if you're wondering, that replaced the necessity for a land-based FOB. They can carry numerous Abrams, Humvees, LAVs and Amtracks. Any vehicle that is NOT amphibious and is aboard the assault craft will be transported by aviation via heavy lift rotary aircraft. We now have no reason to ever be subjected to a land-based assault. Formal training and how-to knowledge courses will be conducted this coming weekend, should be, Sunday, 21 JUL 2013.
That's all.
-Brig. Gen. J. O'Neill, United States Marine Corps 21st MEU
Commander
