  1. Bombs ARE missiles in the game, except they have lower speed but much higher maneuvrability. The longer bomb falls, the move maneuvrable it becomes making it impossible to dodge it even in fast moving vehicle, I'll do tests to see if lower maneuvrability solves it.
  2. The thing is that although bombs are unguided, they are not dropped simply by intuition or by chance, there should be aiming devices that calculate when to drop the bomb to hit the target. I'd suggest to try to bring locking back but decrease maneuvrability so you still have to manually aim the plane\helicopter but locking will help it only a little bit.

  5. GC was fixed on beta branch (both A2 and OA), are you sure you're using latest modules.pbo?
  6. Things to test in above CorePatch update that are not on beta branch: - All static weapons now have firing effects (previously only mortars and cannons had them) - ATGMs now should be visible as far as object view distance allows - BMP-1 fixes - Mi-24 armor and glass destructability.

  9. Well, here is my best attempt to make it look a little better:
  10. I was thinking maybe we should remove commander search light as looks bad up close when you view through gunner optics, it obstructs gunner view and barrel clips through the projector body. Looking at BMP-1 photos on the internet, it seems that commander search lights are removed from lots of vehicles too. As for rest of BMP-1 fixes, everything solved so far: 1) ATGM aiming 2) ATGM disappears during reloading 3) Firing effects for cannon and ATGM 4) PKT muzzle flash on the model 5) Water effects Also aforementioned visual improvement for barrel and missile.
  11. Along with other BMP-1 fixes I gave it a little lift to polygon count on the barrel, also fixed missile size, it was too small. I hope nobody minds.

  13. BVP-1 model was not touched yet, I'll handle it soon-ish and fix all these issues.
  14. Great that it worked for you. My post assumed that you had other controls inside controls group or structured text had margin inside the group, my method takes all these possibilities into account. If you have nothing but structured text right inside the group, you can directly set new height to ctrlTextHeight result, just like you did.

  18. Huge fire \ Fire in the sky for JIP will be finally fixed with next corepatch update, 8 years later since Arma 2 :)
  19. I'll have a look at Warfare sometime in future, there are few bugs that I know of that need fixing too.
  20. Model had faulty Geometry LOD which was main reason for sudden jumps and getting stuck when driving on entities and also had misconfigured damper parameters in config which was reason for vehicle constantly jumping when empty.
  21. Stock BI Warfare? Anyone even plays it, it is buggy as hell.

  24. Both Pchela-1T and MQ9 Reaper models are now fully fixed, with working laser designators and all squad.xml decals visible!
