  1. Thank you very much, Bohemia Interactive Arma 3 Team for all the hard work ...and warm regards from the Philippines!
  2. @hannibal636 Like Westonsammy said, you can use A2 AH64D in Arma 3 with help from All in Arma mod. Here's the link to AiA thread in BIStudio forum http://forums.bistudio.com/showthread.php?152706-All-in-Arma-%28AiA%29-TKOH-OA-A2-A1-merge-with-A3 For the request thread, check this out http://forums.bistudio.com/showthread.php?148719-ARMA-3-Addon-Request-Thread
  3. Allow me to share my experience related to this 'Tupolov melee-punch'. Though not shown in the video, several es and attacks could even knock zeds dead. This is so much fun. Thank you very much for sharing your addon, Sir! Keep up the good work. ;)

    2017 - Official Announcement!

Stuck on SP gaming since Arma: Armed Assault days as online/MP gaming is just impossible with my current situation. So thanks again for the SP consideration. Not to sound demanding in a negative way but if you could work on the SP simultaneously and release it maybe weeks after MP (not years) then I and other SP aficionados would be more than happy for such a kind act. :D For now, take your time and good luck on the project, guys.

Running at around 5 FPS during Showcases?

, I only get about 19-22FPS with FRAPS recording the gameplay. That's a SinglePlayer mission on a laptop. Based on the premise that... ...the video I posted is therefore 'quite unplayable' ? I should really save up for a decent rig so I could experience a 'fluid' (SP) gameplay.

    G.O.S Koplic : Arma 3 Island

    Beautiful! Thanks for sharing. ;)
  16. We have different experience. , my experience with AiA was a favorable one. I had to stop at ~20min as it would take forever to upload recorded gameplays longer than that.

Running at around 5 FPS during Showcases?

I also run the game on a (2yr old) laptop; an MSI GX-640 with Core i7-720QM CPU and ATI Mobility Radeon HD5850 GPU overclocked to 810 MHz/1020 MHz via ATI Overdrive. I get the following FPS reading on Infantry Showcase http://tinyurl.com/kc4oszu http://tinyurl.com/mjl2jky http://tinyurl.com/kawo6ok Its not a beast, not the best either. Have to be contented as its the only one I've got. I might get a desktop soon should the budget permits. Lifted from http://forums.bistudio.com/showthread.php?72181-Will-my-PC-Run-this-What-CPU-GPU-to-get-What-settings-System-Specifications&p=1272593&viewfull=1#post1272593 Question: "...I only get 20 FPS on my rig, guess I can't play? Answer: WRONG! Anything over about 15 FPS is acceptable and anything over 30 FPS is considered really good. This may surprise you, if you come from another FPS game where everybody sulks if they don't get 100 FPS or more. ArmA is not your average FPS, it is a military simulator. As such it's calculating the trajectory of every bullet, calculating precisely what's happening kilometers away off screen, and just generally modelling things realistically and accurately in ways that other games do not. This combined with the long view distances mean you will NOT see the same level of FPS in ArmA that you would see in a lighter weight game. The game IS calculating all that stuff accurately at your FPS, your numbers are likely similar to what many others you play with are getting, and just so long as the user experience seems fluid it's going to be fine."
  18. Hello everyone. :) Some observations regarding the Scorpion EVO-4 9mm in Arma 3 Beta version 0.74.108135 Stable branch. I don't know if I'm the only one experiencing this. Particular issues encountered: no burst mode and no full-auto mode while Scorpion EVO-4 is suppressed. This was observed after updating to the latest SPOTREP #00008 dated 25th July 2013 from 0.72 (SPOTREP #00007) The video below shows exactly what I am trying to describe: Another video comparing behavior of suppressed Scorpion in version 0.72 Stable vs 0.74 Stable: My questions: 1) Was the Scorpion EVO-4's burst and full-auto mode while suppressed intentionally removed in version 0.74? Why? 2) Why was such change not included in the SPOTREP #00008 changelog? I tried to look for similar issue but to no avail unless this was already posted before (Dev build section ?). I am 100% sure there were no other updates applied to my game via Steam after 0.72.107486 and prior to 0.74.108135 which could cause such findings. 3) If it is not officially included in the changelog, would it be considered a bug? Quoting DnA of BIStudio forum: Thanks for any info regarding this matter. Arma 3 Beta Feedback Tracker ticket http://feedback.arma3.com/view.php?id=12047
  19. This is what I did with Lolo Nai'a island but I don't know if this would also apply with Lingor. 1) Copy the mods (@Lingor;@Lingor_units;@BCNIslands;@BCNMods) to your A3 directory M:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\Steamapps\common\Arma 3 2) Transfer the latest AiA files to your A3 directory so you should have M:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\Steamapps\common\Arma 3\@AllInArma 3) @CBA_A3 should also be in your A3 directory so you should have M:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\Steamapps\common\Arma 3\@CBA_A3 4) Launch the game using this batch file rem rem Game paths here rem set ARMA3_PATH=M:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\Steamapps\common\Arma 3 set ARMA2_PATH=M:\Program Files (x86)\Bohemia Interactive\ArmA 2 set ARMA2OA_PATH=M:\Program Files (x86)\Bohemia Interactive\ArmA 2 rem This is where custom mods are declared set CUSTOM_MODS=@Lingor;@Lingor_units;@BCNIslands;@BCNMods rem Game profile, other parameters, other mods used set DEFAULT_PARAMETERS=-nosplash -skipintro -world=empty -noFilePatching -mod=@CBA_A3 set PROFILE_PARAMETERS="-profiles=%ARMA3_PATH%" "-name=Dar" rem rem I DONT HAVE TOH INSTALLED rem cd /D "%ARMA3_PATH%" arma3.exe %DEFAULT_PARAMETERS% %PROFILE_PARAMETERS% "-mod=%CUSTOM_MODS%;@AllInArma\ProductDummies;%ARMA2_PATH%;%ARMA2OA_PATH%;%ARMA2OA_PATH%\Expansion;%ARMA3_PATH%;@AllInArma\Core;@AllInArma\PostA3" exit From the AiA FAQ Q: How to play with A2/OA/TKOH infantry models? A: Remove the AiA_ActivateA3Models.pbo from @AllInArma\Core\addons. Give them a try :)
  20. I don't know if there is a dedicated suppressor for the Scorpion, I used this info thinking that the Scorpion EVO-4 uses 9mm rounds. Source
  21. Going through the latest DEV build changelog dated 29-07-2013 (Today), it appears that the above findings (post #1) is indeed a bug! :p Full changelog screenshot http://s14.postimg.org/o7p08bash/Dev_Build_EXE_08296.jpg Full EXE rev. 08296 changelog http://forums.bistudio.com/showthread.php?149636-Beta-Development-branch-changelog&p=2452222&viewfull=1#post2452222 This is good as resolved? Will be checking this on the next Stable build release. When? I have no idea.
  22. You are most welcome. I'm glad it worked for you. In case you're interested, check out other 'standard cheats' http://community.bistudio.com/wiki/ArmA:_Cheats For island mods, I think the mod folder should be placed in the A3 directory then include the name of the mod folder in your launch code.
  23. The first time I tried the 'Supports' showcase on the latest beta 0.74.108135 (Stable), I got this error message http://s16.postimg.org/8geh6sxcl/arma3_2013_07_26_18_44_31_52.jpg Zoom the script error window It says: According to SPOTREP #00008 changelog 'Supports' showcase is in SP mode, included by default in Arma 3. Go Arma 3 devs, you can fix it. ;)
