I'd like to setup a Arma2 CO dedicated server on my windows machine.

I've seen that you can buy the game Arma2 CO online through Steam. As for many games you can download the dedicatedserver-only files from steam for free, I'd like to ask here if it's possible to do so also for Arma2 CO, so I don't need to buy the game again only for a server purpose.

Secondly, is the Arma2 CO you can buy and download from this page a full version, including the dedicated server files, or is it an addon (on what)?
