Is there anyway to make proximity chat louder?
With Ace Ear plugs in even when players are on yelling it is very hard to hear each other even in close proximity to each other. I know I can turn my Teamspeak volume up but then it makes the radio unbearably loud and also deafening when we are finished with the game.
I was playing on a server the other day and proximity chat was pretty much perfect I didn't have to alter anything.
Anyway is there anyway of making it louder?

It was a joke, you brits need to learn about sarcasm that we yanks like to use a lot of.
Drive on by must be a UK term,
That towing addition is going to make a lot of people happy and a lot of people mad when they find out reversing with something towed is a little bit difficult.
That's some dry sarcasm tho.

I'm simply giving small criticism regarding the "realism" part.
They have two texts on their vests one in roman letters (romanji) "Police" and then below in kanji " è¦å¯Ÿåº"
Simply in my point of view it just looks... "Hideous" but if that how you want it to look I wont say more. Its your mod after all.

Those Police (National Police Agency) units with keisatsu written on vest... I will just say change it to "Police" so it doesn't look hideous. It should just be Police not keisatsu, if that unit is supposed to be a "SWAT" unit, in Japan they have their own called "Special Assault Team"
Other than that. It looks amazing. Wish you the best.
Damn wish someone opened up a Japanese unit with those.

If you combine it with Killoch's Multinational Pack, you can use TRYK for the clothes and Killoch for the armor.
That could be so, but Killoch only got vanilla content retexture which I'm really bored off personally never was a fan of A3 vanilla.

Now seriously. I scripted a mission on which the target once he spotted you he tries to board a pickup and flees to the nearest base. Well, sometimes you can believe me it was everything but easy for me to reach him. Not most of them, but once the AI is "engaged" in a road, performs pretty well.
So the answer is a partial yes.
You can make an AI drive through a road and be some kind of challenge to keep distance with him.
But if the AI sees you as enemy, I don't think they will keep on track,
And also don't think the AI will pass you. When it reaches your position, will see you as an obstacle, and their try to pass you will be pathetic... well this is no Sega Rally.
Well it gave me an another idea of an fleeing HVT in a sports car that you have to capture.

I want to ask a rather simple question to a probably a complex scripting.
Is it possible to make an AI in a vehicle pursuit a player (who is also driving a vehicle) and fire its main weapon to kill the player while he is running away?
Or if not is it simply possible to make a pursuit

Wasn't aware CUP had release MLODs? If anything i as looking at adding CUP as a requirement, as previously in Arma2 i used alot of A2 assets (UH1, C130, T72, BMP2, M113, Czech Soldier Models, Mi8).
At present i intend to look at doing the Armed Forces, but that is quite a task in itself. Especially as i am only one working on the addon myself, and unfortunately of late other priorities have been keeping me busy. I am happy to have made this release, especially as it has been on and off since Arma3's Alpha was released.
Thanks for the comments regarding the camo, the Nogovan camo portrayed in this Arma3 version is a modified version of Polish wz 93 pantera. This was chosen as fellow addon maker created if for me, i would certainly like to change the look and add dirt etc. However i am not skilled in using photoshop as its not an area of my expertise, so wouldn't neccessary know where to begin. I did look at trying to use my Nogovan Oak Template which was previously used in my OFP/Arma2 releases, but i found it looked too dark in Arma3 - please see the following screenshot for clarification: (http://naf.8bit-online.co.uk/wp-content/gallery/arma3/NAF-test-1.jpg). Though if their is demand i can certainly look at adding it back in, as it would be a simple additional config entry.

If you want you can send me the PSD file of the done texture for the clothing and I will add'in some dirt and you can look if you like it.

What's wrong with the camo? Geez can't please anyone I guess.
It's simple criticism from my side, but it doesn't mean I hate the mod.
Nothing is wrong with it, I'm simply not fan of it. Its not about pleasing or not, everyone has different tastes. Is this the Lithuanian Amoeba (1 2 3) or Polish wz 93 pantera?. Something about the brightness and look of it implemented on the texture looks off, perhaps making it a bit darker and adding dirt layers so it doesn't look so "brand" new would make it better.
My other suggestion is to keep the vest not camouflage, making it match the area, either arid or woodland so dark olive/olive and khaki for arid, it looks slightly off with the vest being camouflaged.
Another suggestion is to take these camouflages into considerations for any other unit created: Camo 1 Camo 2
Don't get me wrong I love the mod, seen what it was in ArmA 2 and wish it grows on.

Not a fan of the new camouflage and I have few ideas in mind.
Have you thought about using CUP's MLOD's? They are slightly... Outdated for now but hopefully they will update them.
Are you only going to stick with Armed Forces or full on Nogovan Government?

Hi.
I have a simple question.
I plan to create or simply "mix" various parts of vests from ArmA 2 MLODs e.g. few pouches from CDF, US and Russian into one "new" vest
That is easy to be done in Object Builder but I don't want to be throwing .paa file for every pouch I add from every other vest type so I want to merge them all into one texture file.
How in O2 can I create a NOHQ and other mappings to make it work? UV Mapping?

Im 16 as wrote about and im mature enough :P I love playing games and doing realism stuff thats why Im looking for a clan in ArmA because it has realism in it already so you dont need any modding like in other games, anyways I was in realism clan in BF2 Project Reality and I loved it but times comes that clan had to disband and so Im looking for further fun and awesomeness in other clans but cannot find any atm. Im calm person and I dont go rage when people insult me or what every they want to get me annoyed or angry, in other words I don't give a f**** what they do because I will just smile ^^.
