Is that for the CDF? By the way why would a fromer member of the USSR be using export models (T-72 M)?
I would think that the Russians would be using one of the later T-72B models. Do they even use the T-72 in game? I ask this because while I have Arma 2 I need a working computer to play it.:(

I was just wondering what kind of T-72 is in game? I would think that it would have to be etheir a late or post-USSR type. Shouldn't the model also vary by faction? I would think that the Russians would have the lastest model while the CDF would some older types. The fact that as far as I know there is only a "T-72" in game is some what vexing.
Also as far as I know the USMC has no M1A2s, so why do they use them in game?

I guessed earlier that SDREAM / Estimate #081206 points to E3 on June 8, 2012 where the beans will be spilled. Any one have any other ideas?

Remember the plans Spukayev put in the hole were most likely from someone like the CIA (or similar group). Something smell fishy here if some two bit insurgent has top sercet documents from a major NATO nation (the plans have to be from the USA due to a number of factors). So ask your self why would Spukayev have plans that appear to show an uncovered plan to attack Europe?

Both EW and PMC spoilers
The idea that China was related to the EW nukes might be ture if you look at the PMC ending. Someone in China could have sold the ChDKZ a nuke or droped one themselves. How ever I don't think China would drop it as they rather like living in a nuclear winter free world.
I think following EW is the wrong way to go. As I said before the attack shown in the map doesn't have to happen to play a role in the story. It seems to be pointing to something happening in the back round. Remember this paper was from a ChDKZ member's hidden stash, yet it was writen by the CIA. The bigger question is How the hell did the ChDKZ manage to steal files from the CIA? When you remember that guy in the PMC story he was involed in Chenarus
plus he claimed the shit would hit the fan in the honest PMC ending. It makes you would if there was something else that wasn't said that he knew.

It seem the each clue led only to one thing so far.
1) We got that map thanks to a daring fellow that some people think is a witch.
2) The sub outline and the word Astute which seems to stand for Astute class submarine (which looks like the outline).
Beyond this and what the hackers said we have nothing solid.
Also June 8 2012 during E3 seems like it might be when BIS will spill the beans.

For those of you who say that each Army Group is a unique nation remember Operation Barbarossa (the 1941 invasion of the USSR by the Axis powers) was lanched with three Army Groups. In 1941 there were less people making three Army Group far more easy today (Nazi Germany had 90 milion poeple at it's peak). Each group could be made up of more than one nation's troops if there was an alliance of attackers.
A second point, nowhere has Iran itself been mentioned, just Persian. BIS has a history of not using real world locations or small factions. So it might be best not to foucs on Iran for now.

Really far back in the thread someone said something points to June 8, 2012 as being important. As well someone said E3 was set to take place June 7-9. In the top right of the map it says:
SDREAM / Estimate #081206
Those numbers could point again to June 8, 2012 and E3. BIS might be planing to spill the beans then.
The map its self seem to be from a intel file from the CIA or an ally about some unknown attack plans made after the cold war ended. The thing is how did it get into the hand of a member of ChDKZ???
For those of you who think the map tells that the story will be an attack on those routes, stop and think for a second. The map as well as the sub might be showing something about the gameplay more than a story about WWIII. The sub seems to mean naval combat. The map could refer to a war between more equal factions (no more T34s v.s. M1A2 TUSKs). It could also refer to a shadowy plot linking the ChDKZ and happenings in Chernarus to "things" that came up in the PMC ending.

Personally, I'm pretty sure there's going to be a "story sequel" to Harvest Red and/or Operation Arrowhead. Perhaps team Razor will be back for another campaign. It might have something to do with this:
NOTE: Minor Plot details
In most of endings one of the main villains is killed four years after the ending by an "unknown party". This happens in all but one of the endings I think (the unique ending).
equal damage or effect from damage on east and west tanks

If Wikipedia is to be believed the T-90M is not in production yet. Since Arma II is set in 2009 the model ingame would have to be the T-90A.
Also, again from Wikipedia, the Georgian being a good baseline to follow for the CDF uses both T-72As and T-72Bs.
It really starts to make Arma II feel "gamey" when there are such glaring issues with some of the AFVs (the USMC using M1A2s being another example).
