    Thank you :) Next time I update, I'll get some new screens too since I don't want it to be too misleading. I probably wont. You really do not need to camouflage your head when you're driving a large 60-ton tank :D Only slight issues so far with the nvgs is that there's no harness, so it only looks okay on helmets with nvg mounts.

    You're completely right on that. There's configs for stuff not unlocked in the beta yet. The T-shirt variant of their unifrom isn't unlocked yet. Same with vests. There's supposed to be a grenadier version of the vest too, altough it's the normal one for now. There is going to be 3 combat uniforms and a normal uniform. And there is going to be 3 vests with UCP, and one in olive drab. Not possible to have them all be different as of now, though. But hopefully soon :) The NVG will hopefully work exactly the same. Seems like it'll be no problems having it displayed on the helmet while not in use. It's going to look something like this: http://imageshack.us/a/img694/3476/8ney.png Altough I did rotate it to lie a tiny bit closer to the helmet when not in use. It inherits everything from the default NVGs, so it works perfectly. It's got the correct gear icon too. As visible there too, I also made clear visor variants of the ESS goggles.

    The next update? 1.2? It is released in the front page, just not on ArmaHolic. Not impossible at all. I want to improve this pack. Also. It will get made, in the right scale, fully functional and included in the next version.

    That just makes me wonder. I know large vessels might support infantry walking around on top in slow speed, but how about a boat of that size?

    For the next version I got some updated unifrom textures. Patterns i slightly smaller, seams are more visible in the pattern, patches on their shoulders should be more acceptable. /edit It's updated to 1.2: -Added Heli pilot -Added Heli crew -Added new uniform for crews -Improved uniform textures -Uniforms now work properly

    I'm always on the dev build. Not working correctly for me there. I'll look into it. Nothing wrong in the dev build atleast. M4s with no attachments are just simply DM_M4.

    It's actually done with hex editing. As is most gear retextures and the like around. Figured a rifle wouldn't be so much different? Else I'll replace it with the regular one. Not that many things work with hiddenselections yet. The dark EBR .p3d is in the AV_EBR pbo. I left US ARMY on there. The rank area is empty as of now. I've looked into the unifroms problem a few times now. I must be making a mistake somewhere since I haven't really done it before and working. If someone feels like looking into the config, feel free. I'll keep trying still.

    The problem here would be that I can't as of now get the rank on there since it'll always be the same. Same with a name. Might have to leave them blank. My pattern is still a tiny bit too large on the uniform.

    I'll keep it there for now, then. Also made the Airborne patch like this Definitely going to vote that up. I hope others here feel like doing it as well. I updated the download link with some small fixes like the correct pistol ammo and the left shoulder patch should be of a more appropriate color. Uniform cargo not working is the only real problem not fixed, yet.

    Glad to hear! I got help from Stiltman with getting the units in their correct category in the editor :D I do need help with getting their velcro patches right. If they are used the wrong way that is. I did look at pictures, but I have no real idea if I am using them together in a acceptable way. Left shoulder is ISAF and Airborne patch. Right shoulder is a US IR flag, square with diagonal lines, US ARMY tag. /edit Stiltman also pointed out that they were using the wrong pistol ammo. My fault because the .45 pistols did not have that kind of ammo in the dev build at that time. It was using 9mm. Also got pointed in the right direction considering the broken uniforms. Stiltman is one helluva guy. I will try to update asap. I'll let you know when it is.
  16. Personaly I would've gone with imperials guards first, then tau/eldar. Easiest infantry to get in-game and working rather ok considering their sizes compared to a normal human. http://images.wikia.com/warhammer40k/images/c/c0/PhilipSibberingSpaceMarineHeights.jpg Also, to get started. There's a Fall Out W40K mod. It includes Imperial guard armor + weaponry and the same for Tau. Spacemarines are there lots of. I'm currently unaware if it's they who truly made their models, but if so, asking them could get the ball rolling a little quicker.

    Nah, I'm busy working on other units and stuff too. No pressure on your part :) I'm creating random stuff just to learn.
  21. Maybe modify a minefield module. They randomize mine placement. Density of mines in the area can be changed too. Could work for quite the few anomalies. Also, what about throwing bolts before your feet? :) Would work perfectly in ArmA3 with the current throwing mechanics. Someone could even get the actual bolt model from s.t.a.l.k.e.r if no-one feels like creating that tiny piece from scratch. Another thought would be gas-anomalies, needing you to equip a gasmask to survive, more or less. Could get interesting.

    Only problem so far is the uniforms not being visible if you open up the inventory. I have no idea why. Same problem with another units pack I've got. And I still like to see some mk17 to go along these units.

  24. Great progress! Proportions looks fine so far. Nothing looks wrong with the doors height/width or anything like that. You seem to know what you're doing. Enjoy your well deserved beer(s)! I can already see the fog outside, slowly creeping in the woods, just waiting for 'preys' to walk out of that cabin :D
