But the CPU activity is just at 40-50 %....??? Update: I OCed my CPU a from 2.4 to 2.6 gHz, gave me just 1 fps more in Benchmark 1. Update II: Now i OCed my CPU the right way (from 2.4 to 3.33 gHz) and had 42 FPS at Benchmark 1, about 7 FPS more... So i guess you were right, the CPU is limiting my system :-/

Hey Guys, got ARMA 2 (vanilla) two weeks ago. For better performance i bought a ATI HD 6950 today. My system: CPU: q6600 Ram: 4 GB Windows 7 64bit Settings: 1920X1080, 2400m view distance, AA and AF on normal, postprocessing off, rest is set on high. vSync forced off. I installed the card, got latest driver but when i am driving around on Chernarus i get 20-30 FPS, in city areas even lower -> not really nice. Then i noticed something weired: with ATI Tray Tool i found out, that the GPU aktivity is between 50 an 70% and the CPU aktivity is at about 40% while i get about 20-25 fps... Is this normal, or is the card fucked up? Edit: I noticed a performance boost form ~30 to ~35 FPS in Benchmark 1 by disabling AA but using 150% 3D Resolution, which also looks good.

Hey guys, i just bought the A2 an OA at the latest Steam midweek deal. I also convinced two of my friends to buy at least A2. They want to test it first without OA. I am really stunned by the massive amount of content the modders created for the game. I read the "User Add-On Guide for more Realism and Immersion (ACE2-based)" and installed SU and the mods ACE_A2, CBA, CBA_A2, WarFXOarticles and zeu_AI_ACE for A2 Standalone. Here are my questions: - Is it normal that in every preset i got @ACE and @CBA_OA although the are incompatible with A2 standalone? I can't delet them. - Is it right that ACE_A2 is not really up to date? I can't find the ACE config menu ingame. And i get error-msgs for time to time about missing content, although it does not really seem to effect the game. - How can i use earplugs and stuff? I read about a program named clippy, but this does not seem to be includet into ACE_A2 - Are there any MUST HAVE mods that are not included in SU and have to be installed seperatly? - Can anyone recommend some nice atmospheric A2 coop-missions playable with 3 persons?

Deactivated router and windows firewall, opened ports 2302-2305, installed new routerfirmware... Didnt help :-/ We will try hamachi next, hope this works.

Hey Guys, i try to convince my friends that ARMA OA is a great game, and i want to play the demo with them, i even designed a little mission for them. But if i start a server they get a "connection failed" and cant join. Same if i want to join their games. We can join some servers of other people together, but thats not so nice to show them how the game works, because on most demoservers teamplay does not exist... Is there anything i can do to fix this?
