    I rebooted my machine again this evening, having installed a couple of Windows 7 updates - and it seems to have fixed the issue. Thanks. :)

    I've taken a read through the thread, but wasn't able to see anything that stood out as being the same issue I have here. I installed the Six Updater suite from the site earlier, however when I start it up - anything I mouse over turns into black boxes.
