Here is a little bone for ya with some of the stuff i'm working on and hopefully will get to you people soon! and that is going to happen! :) At least you will be getting some headwear that will be good for your operations in the high mountains and cold terrain :)

Well the variety of high speed gear used by western special forces is very small like for uniforms many countries are using crye sets now, but if we look back 10 years there would be way too many for us to cover. So yea some UKSF units could be made from some of the stuff we will put together but so could Canadian, Polish, Danish special forces and many more.
So i guess that means that it isn't happening, at least not in the near future... check that in the future near the near future :)

After reading No Easy Day I have always wanted to have the 4 tube NVG's they used on Operation Neptune Spear in Arma III. With the help of forum members (Especially Warlord554) it's now actually in-game and working.
It allow's their users to be able to view a much higher portion of the screen giving you much more situational awareness especially in CQB enviornments.
Currently there are 4 versions of the NVG18's that are implemented into the mod.

- Black W/O Battery Box -
- Black W/ Battery Box -
Something I have been considering is having the NVG's require a battery that would run out of a charge after a certain amount of time but I haven't started working on that yet and it's not a priority for me.
At this point the only thing keeping me from releasing it is that the mount needs to be extended and have head band that went around the operators head so it would work for more types of helmets/hats.
Expecting to release it very soon!Did you make the model and textures? if not who did?

Hello guys, it's been a while since i last checked in anyway,

the basic variation of the nato gear is in, working moderately well, weighting needs tweaking (as per norm) mostly to the right arm, you can probably see it, and there will be some model updates in the future, this one will probably be rehashed as the AAF gear. even though i prefer this look, obviously once the combat shirt has been textured properly it'll look better.
the model was modified to make it look like she was wearing a compression bra, in 2030-whatever it's a uniform requirement, so while she does have breasts, they aren't big, sorry guys! :P
the boots are using a rough self made texture, I can't live with only one Magnum Elite Spider variation in the game (big Magnum fan)
there will be a lot of camo variations available, from CSAT hex camo (I hope) to USMC MARPAT.
report is subject to change, and yes i know my graphics skills suck, i'm out of practice and it's nearly 3am XD

Absolutely love the potential I see here. I have always liked the idea of a Scandinavian military.I do have some critiques I would like to make;
I understand you guys would like some diversity in the arsenal of small arms (M16s are in every other game) but the Negev for a light machine gun? The Negev is Israeli and the CSAT units are using a copy of it http://www.imfdb.org/wiki/ArmA_III#IMI_Negev nothing major but just something that was scratching my brain. If you guys are open to some opinions, I would suggest http://world.guns.ru/machine/usa/lwmmg-e.html and again, I would steer clear of weapons like the M249s and 240Bs as they see too much light. Up to you, but the LMG I linked has a similar vibe to the firearms you have already chosen and I think it would look slick and unique.
Another thing that got my attention was the camouflage patterns. The camouflage pattern really contributes to making the identity of any military. The camos you had listed reminded me a bit too much of the AAF camo with the darker greens and digital pattern. I understand you are a bit unsure of what design you wish to go with but I have a design that you might like. http://www.srvv.org/en/surpat/ The colour scheme would work well with with the arid environments of Altis and the lighter colours would go with Scandinavian forests in winter and in summer.
It's completely up to do with your mod.
I just felt like sharing some feelings as I would love to see this mod go far.

SURPAT is as you can see used by russian units and that wouldnt afaik suit astorian forces

That looks amazing!!Do you think you will make a NWU I, II, II Uniform or even MARPAT with this model
With a few small changes it could be changed into those uniforms but it would require a lot of work to make them game ready.
I'm going to Italy for some days so i will be offline for the time being.
