Or did you find it somewhere? I actually draw the picture by myself. :) Only for the soldiers I used some pics as orientation to get the shadows, uniforms, equipment and proportions right. For the barrel I made a texture and then worked only with light and shadow on it. The second barrel is just a copy of the first one.
