Thanks guys..much appreciated for the replies...got it working! I really like the logistics that can be done in A3 instead of just shooting everything that moves.

I am building a mission in witch I would like to incorporate a couple of logistical tasks..delivering supplies etc...I have Igi load to load cargo boxes onto a truck but how do I get the task to succeed using the cargo box..IE deliver a cargo box to a specific area. I'd like to use the cargo box as the trigger point so once its unloaded inside the trigger the task succeeds. I cant get this to work for some reason..do I need to link the task to the cargo box instead of a player? Any help would be great. Diesel

I use an R7 Card and my CPU isn't as robust as yours is..AMD Black Edition x4 940 and I get around 30-40Fps on high settings average..I use the Beta drivers for the card as well and it seems to make a difference in the graphics. Diesel

I love it when people say "un-realistic"..its set in the future..no body knows what would be realistic or not.:rolleyes: I like the differences in the helmets and rigs myself.

Is their anyway to access the Steam Workshop for A3 without going in through the game? Ive only downloaded one mission but was wondering if you had to be in the game or not. Edit..found it under community..disregard please. Thanks Diesel

Yes everyones uniforms change..we like to have set kits for PMC but when we load our kits it then changes before we head out on the mission. Would I put that if (!local _unit) exitwith {}; in the init? or someplace else? Thanks for the replies.

Invade and Annex and Insurgency Ive seen servers for both and they are COOP..just gotta find the right server for tactical team play is the key. Or join a group and play their missions that they make or create with MCC as random and COOP.

I had the same issue when placing PMC units on the map..you can choose one but then clothes change for no apparent reason..we had such an issue we went back to std AAF soldiers then had to change into PMC outfits..if PMC units are placed it changes their clothes randomly..no idea why that happens.

I tried opening ports with no success at all..finally disconnected the router all together and could host fine with no issues...its definitely a router/port issue..and I agree BI needs to step in and get us a definitive guide especially now that gamespy is gone.

So I am trying to host a game in the Multiplayer lobby today and it doesn't allow me to host anything..the game completely freezes/locks up and I have to cntrl-alt-delete and shut it down..anyone else having this issue? I thought maybe it was due to gamespy shutting down but even in the steam tab it doesn't work. Diesel

I am wanting to re-texture Hunters for use in a PMC clan but cant seem to find any psd templates anywhere..are these available anywhere or even possible to get? I did a search and only came up with Infantry templates no vehicles..any help would be appreciated. Diesel

I'd like to re-texture a couple of the vehicles in A3. What I am wondering is where are each pbos for the each vehicle.Example if I wanted to re-texture a Hunter or Zamack where would I find these pbo's? I have all of the tools I need to do it but cant seem to find the pbos.:confused: Diesel

I'd like to see the PMC SUV's from A2 available for A3..great vehicle for PMC Clans. I did search but came up empty so I don't know if these are already available or not.

I know in the clan I game with the server has a VAS preloader of sorts that they run before they load the mission we have a couple guys that it takes awhile for their VAS to load as well..the preloader seems to help or re-connecting sometimes does as well. Diesel

Use the LAN option and have your friends connect directly.

With 1200 hours of playing time the DLC's and patches cant be THAT bad....lol:rolleyes:

I rented server and had no problems getting it up and running I have a custom mission loaded and have gone in and everything works great,my question is can I edit the cfg file so that it runs even when empty? Then restart it every few days manually..it seems as if its empty it shows "creating" and not "playing". Any help would be great. Edit: Persistent..thats the word I was looking for I couldn't remember! JC Edit got it figured out Disregard Please.

It worked fine before yesterday..I always pack my pbos after the editor than host and see if everything works ok...suddenly yesterday couldn't host anything..just freezes on the hosting screen. Same issue today,freezes on the hosting screen and need to bring up task manager to get out of it. Never had any issues before. Thanks for the reply.
