    Don't know what I am doing wrong but still get critical error that crashes the game. I moved the CHVD folder to the "def" folder and have this line in the description.ext #include "core\def\CHVD\dialog.hpp" And this line as you mentioned above. #include "core\def\CHVD\CfgFunctions.hpp" Crashes the game when I have it set up like this.

    So with what you suggested I get a critical error that crashes the game. Do I need to move the actual CHVD folder itself as well? Except the dialog.hpp is still listed in the description.ext.

    Id like to add this view distance script but when I do I get an error about core\def\functions.hpp,line 8: .CfgFunctions; Member already defined But the only thing there is a semi-colon.   7. Ive been having issues with ACE and RHS as well..I read on the ACE site you need to put the 2 pbo files and the 2 bisign files into the "addons" folder INSIDE the ACE folder. Supposed to copy them from the "optionals" folder inside the ACE folder and also merge the userconfig f9older with the useconfig folder in the main arma directory.

Ive been fighting with this for a couple of days..I have a mission that gets stuck on the creating screen and wont load..I use CBA ACE RHSUSAF RHSAFRF and have run a vanilla mission with no Mods and it was fine. I then loaded each Mod and restarted the server and everything was fine...so I am down to it being the mission itself. I am getting a couple of errors in the rpt. Warning Message: No entry 'bin\config.bin/CfgWeapons.ItemInfo'. Warning Message: No entry '.weaponLockDelay'. Warning Message: '/' is not a value Warning Message: No entry '.weaponLockSystem'. Warning Message: '/' is not a value Warning Message: No entry '.cmImmunity'. Warning Message: '/' is not a value Warning Message: No entry '.weight'. Warning Message: '/' is not a value Warning Message: No entry '.lockingTargetSound'. Warning Message: Size: '/' not an array Warning Message: No entry '.lockedTargetSound'. The top errors I don't understand because it doesn't say its a Mod issue. and the lower errors I pasted are because I have my server.cfg set up as follows as far as mission cycle. class Missions { class Mission1 { template=""; difficulty="Custom"; }; }; If I remove that entirely it doesn't load anything either. Not sure how to post the full rpt or a full copy of the server.cfg Any help would be greatly appreciated as I am totally lost on why this mission wont start. Diesel

I have a question about the medical system and revive..I am running CBA ACE and RHS..for example on a BMR insurgency mission do I need to complately remove the BTC Revive in order for ACE to work properly? I have the basic medical I am using..set up medic trucks and medical facilities have the respawn and revive module set up but still cannot get revive to work. I have it set to using the epi pen and everyone anywhere can revive. I read the documentation on Github but still am unable to get it work correctly..can anyone share there settings using the revive and respawn so I am sure I have it set up correctly. Diesel

    Quick question for those of you using ACE Medical..what are you doing for the revive? I had read you can replace the FAK with an ACE Epi to use for revive but cant seem to get it to work..do I need to take out BTC Revive totally and just use the ACE? Diesel
  11. I use whiteboards all the time..for parajumps and for info in missions.. Use this in the whiteboard init. This setObjectTexture [0, "images\yourpicture.paa"]; using an images folder to keep all of the images in. Armaholic has a great whiteboard script as well..just google whiteboard arma 3. Cant help you with the 2nd question..hope this helps. Diesel

    Infantry vs Vehicles - What do you prefer?

    My vote is for Infantry..in both cases..too many people overuse and abuse vehicles and aircraft,you can have a squad of infantry moving along fine having fun and out of nowhere some bonehead grabs a tank or an attack chopper and blows the shit out of everything around you and your squad..literally destroying what you've worked for..vehicles and air support have their place but 99% of the people have no idea what that is. Then you have the people who think they can fly when in reality they cant and end up destroying vehicle after vehicle then promptly leaving the server to go to another server and do the same thing...get frsustrating when people don't want to work together and communicate.   15. Is there any documentation if we used the last version as to what we exactly need to delete for a fresh install? Didn't see it on the website..just says delete the old one but doesn't specify what folders etc. Diesel Got it figured out..really like the new version and the look of everything.

    I am having a real issue getting the base moved..everytime I move the base to the main island the mission fails to start on my server. I pushed back 2 cities in the define mod but other than that everything is the same..no extra addons no extra vehicles..just moved the base from where it was to the main island. I don't understand what I am doing wrong..the original mission loads up fine aside from an error about ace and rhs compatability. but it starts. Can anyone point me in a direction to start looking?     RHS Escalation (AFRF and USAF)

    Once again I am using RHS on my server but am having an issue because I use ACE as well..is there a compatability Mod I need to use..Ive gotten conflicting answers some say move a file on the server and some say there is a Mod..can anyone clarify and direct me to where the Mod if any I might need?   19. Having an issue I can't seem to track down..below is part of my server cfg and I am wondering does anything need to be in the mission template area? I run coop missions so I start the server with Mods I am using then go in and pick the mission with admin. Vanilla mission no Mods work fine but when I load a Mod up it sits on "creating" and wont load and I check the rpt and am getting this. Can't find a mission with template name: '', skipping to next mission.     Has anyone tried to move the base to the main island? Each time I try it all the vehicles explode for some reason..Ive never had this issue before..I also have a couple different missions I moved to the main island with no problems..anyone run into this? Diesel

    So when you say the tropic variants..are you meaning the CSAT with different uniforms? All I can get to work is the CSAT for enemy..like I said tried the Independent AAF and everything seemed really off for some reason..was very odd.

    Last night on my server I switched the enemy in the options to "Independent" and noticed and a huge drop in enemy infantry..barely any enemy at the objectives..strange..then switched back to EAST Csat and everything was fine...seemed odd that the AAF infantry wasn't as prominent as the CSAT.
