Sometimes the conversation could bring the game into amusement (good way), but also will possibly rifle up their nerves of hostility no matter how kind you greet these players. Either these people will take it as a greeting joke and having fun with it. But if someone really hate to be call as a rookie, he may possibly criticize or even making even more jokes which is ruining the game. Thus, it doesn't matter on me of what these people talking about in servers, sometimes these methods of speech are very good PSYOPS weapon in anytime. (If not to get player out of it, of course)
