what is the best FXAA value??as in the value that give the greatest amount of jaggie reduction??

I've tried the SMAA injector, i think this new antialias algo is absolutely brilliant, the quality is very good and it's less hardware demanding than standard antialias, i play at 1920x1200 with high details with a GTX 570 and now with this one i can always keep about 60 fps in chernarus forest (with the standard antialias in some scenes the framerate drops to 30-45 fps), the only problem i found is a sort of characters corruption in game menus probably because the algo tries to apply smoothing to them too (look at the word "Restart" and "Ace settings" in the two screenshot)

Was there some addon/mod requirements and how-to-install guide somewhere for us noobs?Here is how i configured the server on my machine (dedicated server and client on the same machine + another remote client)
- Download the map
- Put the mission in your Arma 2/MPMissions folder
- Rename it to "coxx_degeneration_redux_v1.07b.Chernarus.pbo"
then you need the dgen mod, download it then
- unpack the DGN Core 2.2b.rar into a temporary folder
- copy the DGN Core 2.2b\Version 1 Signatures\@DGN folder into your Arma 2 folder
- create a "keys" folder into your Arma 2\@DGN folder
- copy the DGN Core 2.2b\Version 1 Signatures\Key\DGN.bikey file into your Arma 2\@DGN\keys folder

- Unpack the server.rar into your Arma 2 folder
Now you can start the server with this command from a command prompt, change "youripaddress" with the public server ip address or dns name and eventually modify the game path
call "c:\Games\Bohemia Interactive\ArmA 2\ARMA2OA.exe" "-server" "-ip youripaddress" "-port 2302" "-cfg=server\basic.cfg" "-config=server\server.cfg" "-profiles=server" "-name=server" "-world=empty" "-exthreads=7" "-nosound" "-mod=@DGN"
the clients that connect to the server must have the @DGN mod loaded (-mod=@DGN)

Thanks Colosseum, another very cool mission, i tried it last night (v1.1) and we failed to finish it because of ammo lacking ( but i admit we are not very skilled :) ), i'm happy to see you added some more weapons in the 1.2 version, i hope to try it this weekend

Point the ladder with the cursor until you see a green triangle and then press middle click on your mouse button, or scroll the wheel until you see the option "climb ladder"

Very good work Colosseum! i've tried the 1.0 version with a buddy, the only problem i can report is trying to revert after a save respawn at the start of the mission (don't know why, maybe the button must be disabled if saving is not possible), we will try the 1.1 version soon

ferret85|h8er look for "[server offline]" and see if it happens there.i can confirm there are no problems with the dedicated server (we have played for about 2 hours without issues)

It's like a invisible zombie that randomly kills anyone who isn't host, it also seems to randomly destroy his cars for no reason, sometimes slowly over time.This is interesting. I have not encountered this but I believe the future update will fix this.
Hi Genesis92x, yesterday i tried the latest version (dgen / mission) with a friend and he can confirm the invisible zombie problem is still present, i think the bug affects only remote players (i always host internet games on my machine and i've never seen this problem), i don't know if with a dedicated server will be different, anyway thanks for the amazing mission, great concept and very funny to play

This has been a great campaign. I've been able to complete all the missions except for Jaguar Maze with the pilot rescue script problem.I'm having a major problem with mission 6 at the polling center. The enemy soldiers appear as friendlies and are not hostile. They don't shoot at me and my squad doesn't shoot at them. When I shoot the enemy soldiers, my squad members shoot and kill me because they think I'm shooting friendlies.
Also, the Hummer always explodes about 5 minutes into the mission and I get a "Mission Failure" message. I can't drive the Hummer to a different spot and there don't appear to be explosives to disable.
After the mission fails, I can go on to mission 7 but I'd like to complete mission 6 successfully.

if i remember well there's a bug, you can rearm them only if you remain with 1 hellfire onboard, don't use them all and go reloading with 1 hellfire left

problem solved, i have enabled 3rd person view and i can confirm that every time the airplane kills some of the other squad soldiers lol, i've done as you have suggested (legwound some of the soldiers) and i've passed the mission, thanks a lot guys!

Hi, i have a problem with Arma 2 "One Week Later" mission, i successfully ended it but it hasn't unlocked the next mission :confused: (reading around it should be "Manhattan").. probably there's a bug, i have tried a lot of times and i'm stuck, i have Arma CO with the latest official patch (1.57), is it possible to enable the mission manually ? i don't know, maybe editing a save game :(
