    [SP] HETMAN: War Stories

    This mission is awesome. The only drawback for me is that it only takes place on Altis. Could you expand this mission to include other maps such as Stratis, Chenarus, Takistan, etc? Maybe the mission starts in the Virtual World and allows you to select the terrain, then moves to the War Stories setup part?

    Amazing! I have been waiting since Arma 3 Alpha for a talented team or person to port the ACR DLC and it looks like that wait is over. Wanted to point out in my very brief testing that the Pandur GPR-T rounds have no impact visual effects to show the damage they are causing, but otherwise work fine. Keep up the great work!
  3. Combobox? Is that the dropdown menu for the vanilla Editor or a part of MCC? I will be glad to verify if I'm seeing any pics on my system.
  4. I am having the same trouble with the helicopters not appearing in the MCC editor too. I do not know if it is a mod that is interfering with it but helicopters do not appear in the spawn menu for any faction. Will post any updates when I remive some mods. >>>UPDATE<<< I believe I found the reason for the bug that Barton and I are encountering and I think it is due to the new Helicopter Flight Model DLC, which has been released in the development build already but not the Stable build. Steps to recreate: 1. Update Arma 3 to latest Dev Build in Steam 2. Create a mission or run a Scenario 3. Login to MCC and try to place a Helo in the 3D editor, it should now show the black screen Barton was referring to Since the DLC is not in the Stable branch, it could be fixed on its own, but I have a feeling it won't and will be something like the 1.24 sound problems. Thanks for reading my feedback and keep up the awesome work with my #1 favorite mod!

    If this has not been reported already, the Arma 3 Sniper units are missing their scopes again. I believe the problem started again after the 1.24 patch. Keep up the great work!

    Can you also fix the sound for East vs West...and the scope bug for the East vs West mod too? I am sure I'm not the only one but there has been a bug in the EVW where the vanilla sniper units no longer have their scopes attached and other attachments are affected. Other modders have seemed to fix this bug by adding Joint Rails and/or removing some of the references from their weapon cfg's. This bug also affects mods that depend on East vs West, such as the Middle East Conflict Mod. Thanks for reading my feedback and keep up the amazing work!

    NATO 5.56 and 7.62 adjustor

    I was playing around with the "#define hitvaluecoef" and set it to multiply instead of add and then set the value to something like 0.03 to simulate Unreal Tournament like damage from days of yore, and I discovered the units do not engage with their rifles but instead use higher damage weapons like grenades. Is there a way to get units to shoot at each other even with a hit value that is extremely low?

    Thanks for fixing the vanilla sniper scope bug. A few other mods are having this same isssue. Could you tell me exactly what changes were made to the cfg to correct it? Maybe it'll help the other mod makers too and definitely will help me whenever I get around to crafting some of my own gear. If you haven't considered it yet, I think either of your weapon mods would be great contenders in the Make Arma contest.

    I am showing that the vanilla Sniper units are no longer missing their scopes since the update, but the FAMAS pack still has the same problem, maybe whatever you corrected on this mod's attachment inheritance(if that's what's causing it) can be applied to the FAMAS pack as well? Keep up the great work!

    Great looking weapons, but I am noticing the vanilla Arma sniper units have no scopes when this mod is enabled. I believe the R3F and Spanish FAA Mod teams had a similar issue but were able to fix it if that helps. Keep up the great work!

    Hello, I'm a complete newb to this mod and couldn't really tell if it was working at all in the Editor. I tried looking at the readme but couldn't really find an answer. How would I get this mod to work in the Editor before exporting the scenario to a mission folder?

This has been one of my favorites since flying the Eurocopter and Typhoon in Arma 2 and can't wait to see them in Arma 3!     In my opinion, I think regardless of what state your mod is in, you should submit it to the Make Arma Not War contest when the Single Addon section is open for submissions. I'm sure you can find a somewhat decent car to replace your current one with 50,000 Euros, or a gently used Cold War Era fighter jet, up to you though.
  16. The closest I've seen to lasting fire and smoke was JTD's fireandsmoke mod in Arma 2, but he hasn't fixed it yet to be updated with Arma 3 in its current release. Fingers still crossed though.

The AAF, NATO, and CSAT sniper rifles do not have scopes on them when this mod is activated. If no one else is encountering this issue then please ignore. Keep up the great work!     Wander Panzer(WAP) MOD for ArmA3

    This mod is amazing! Love the ability to control the mech and weapons at the same time. Is it possible to add more AT and AA missiles than just 2 for each? And can you make a version that uses rockets and artillery or mortar rounds? Keep up the great work!

    My 2 cents so far is this mod looks great and can't wait to try out the LAV! That scope bug might have something to do with the main turret cfg section needing to be set to public instead of private/other so the rest of the cfg can find and use it, or the turret has no scope value in its config at all. Hope this helps but I have null programming experience with Arma modding at the moment.

    I am noticing on this mod and your FAMAS mod that the standard NATO sniper is missing his scope and so is the standard AAF sniper when those mods are activated. I believe you had fixed it awhile back but it looks like it reappeared (maybe I am confusing the fix with the R3F Armes, because they too had a similar problem, but it was fixed, something with the rifles scope sway config I think). Keep up the great work and both mods are spectacular, especially this one due to there being no shotguns in the vanilla Arma 3. If no one else is receiving this bug, then please ignore this post and I will mull through the game settings on my own machine.

    Amazing mod, this is definitely be one of my favorites, but when you use the standard NATO Sniper unit with this mod activated, the rifle has no scope. The same goes for the AAF's Lynx rifle as well. I believe the team that created the R3F Armes encountered a similar issue awhile back but was able to patch it. If no one else is receiving this issue then just ignore this post and thanks! UPDATE: Actually I think the problem is with a mod that this mod depends on: The East vs West mod. I have posted on that thread about this issue as well.

    Great mod, definitely takes me back. When I run it though the scopes on my Sniper units are missing. Is anyone else getting this bug? Had a similar issue awhile back with the R3F Armes Mod and I think they were able to patch it.

    Afghan Special Forces

    Was just thinking the other day about the Afghan Army and Police mod from Arma 2. Any chance you would expand this mod to include Afghan Army and Police forces along with the Special Forces? Maybe even ones from different eras like 2003-2015ish(when they were first formed and used US and Russian equipment) and 2035+? Looking forward to this mod regardless and keep up the good work!

    I figured they were something other than the dynamic Arma 3 particles, but maybe once the smoke rises to a certain height it can become a volumetric cloud entity/shader? Since it is too high to worry about ground units seeing through them or not, it could have less impact on system resources like the volumetric clouds themselves.

    This has always been one of my all time favorite mods and I am definitely looking forward to it just getting better and better. Another mod I combined with this one was JTD Fire and Smoke and together they created some truly mesmerizing scenery of destruction. Is it possible to create a userconfig file that would let a user control how long smoke particles last in the game like that mod did? Also, is it possible to create smoke effects that would be on par is size and performance to the volumetric clouds in Arma 3? A great example of what I am imagining is in the Battlefield 3 level called Thunder Run, which gives a sweeping view of huge volumes of smoke drifting over the area.
