  1. With people having problems I downloaded all required addons and then placed them into the following:

    Whats contained in that "addons" folder:

    (Inc all .bisign files for each pbo)

    NOTE "Insurgency0_72.lingor.pbo" is from the link in this thread a page or so back:

    In the mod line.

    All works fine, combined ops 1.55 ... if you have problems what patch version is it combined? and specify exactly what your doing. Also try removing all 3rd party maps and just install this one and try, if that works you can then assume a 3rd party map is conflicting.

    Its all in my addons folder, patch version is: 1.55.75445

    But the game keeps crashing when I try to start lingor Island from armory.


  2. Please put the files into this folder system:

    @Lingor/Addons/Files goes here

    The "Addons" named folder is essential for it to work. The folder needs to be named Addons within the @mod folder. The first folder is for you to know what mod it is, and inside you have the "Addons" named folder so the game knows the files are in fact addons. Hope that makes sense. Sorry if you already have done that though. Just writing in haste. ;)

    Im downloading the lingor zip file again, mabe that will help. Im sure I have a map called addons inside @lingor. :)

    When I choose lingor from the editor, all show up, no freezes etc.

    EDIT: Still not working, game doesnt respond, so I have to close it with task manager. Really dunno wat is wrong or im doin wrong


  3. For me the first time I try to play and addon like this. But after the loading screen my OA freezes and the loading screen with the trees and such looks like blocks. Dont know if I did the following steps correctly?

    - Added the @lingor map into my Arma II folder

    - Added folders @buildings, @africa, @plants(each folder contains an addon folder with 1 .PBO and a .BISIGN file.

    - Load the addons with Arma II launcher

    I also tried to put the .PBO and .BISIGN of the three required addons, into the addon folder of @lingor. Ran it with -mod=@lingor also. But it still freezes.

    Do I miss an important addon or file?

    My OA is patched to 1.55


  4. I've run the OA benchmark and got 66 FPS with the following settings

    Visibility - 2128

    Res. and 3D -1920x1200

    Texture - Very High

    Vid. mem. - Default

    AF - Very High

    AA - Disabled

    Terrain/objects - Very High

    Shadows - High

    PP - Disabled

    Should I got a little more when I changed some things?

    PC specs;

    Win 7

    Core i5 CPU 750 Running @ 3.7GHz

    Gigabyte GTX 460 @ 800/1600/2000

    4GB RAM

    28 Inch screen with 1900x1200 res.


  5. Im new at the ArmA series, also my PC.

    I can't get the game above 30 FPS in MP games. Picked mostly 15-32 ping servers. In Single player I got around 55 FPS.

    My PC Specs:

    Win 7

    Core i5 CPU 750 Running @ 3.7GHz

    Gigabyte GTX 460 @ 825/1650/2000

    4GB RAM

    28 Inch screen with 1900x1200 res.

    My ArmA II:OA videosettings are:

    Screen/3D both at: 1900x1200

    Texture: High

    Video Memory: Default

    Terrain/objects/shadows: High

    AA: Off

    AF: Very High

    Post Process: Disabled

    View Distance: 2298

    And did the next things I've found here on the forums:

    -nosplash -cpucount=4 -exThreads=7 added to the launcher

    Turned V Sync of in the Nvidia controlpanel

    Got the latest Nvdia driver

    I don't know what to do else?
