    Hi LJ, ive noticed that when you fire the shotgun with pellets there is a weird buzzing sound and it goes on until the rounds land. also when you fire in 3rd person and then turn the camera to face the front of the gun it makes quite an "interesting sound". other than that, no other problems i can think of now thanks

    Hi LJ, ive recently been having an issue with a missing AKS sound. I think this is because of a config issue. It isnt any fault of yours, it used to work perfectly. Then one day someone in my clan edited a config for vopsound, which may have involved in some way the jsrs aks sound, and now i hear only the bullet hitting and nothing else. Would you be willing to help me with this? Apologies if this is in the wrong thread. Thanks

    Totally awesome mod Jarhead, its come a long way. Your recent 1.4 update makes ArmA feel like an entirely new game. I cant stand playing without it :notworthy:

  6. Ha, you're right. I didnt realise that video had been removed, last time i came to this post it was still up. Anyway i posted here because im trying to get it to work for the same reason as JacobJ - to fire the fatal shot in the animation. Why create a pretty much duplicate thread? ;)

  8. Anyone know how i could do this? Im trying to get the loudspeaker at a F.O.B to play music. I've tried playmusic and say3D on the speakers but it would not work. Any help would be appreciated cheers

    Hey bro, first of all i want to say thanks for a really cool mod. One thing i've noticed though, is that the SD weapons fire really high at 100 m from the target. I know that they're zeroed for 300 m, but I am unable to adjust the sights, and this can be quite frustrating when your rounds fly way over the targets head.

    Hey bro. Im making a mission on Chernarus which involves battles on a large scale. My question is, is it possible to turn off forest fires within the mission itself? (instead of making everyone force it off with the config file) So sorry for your loss mate, hope you're doing ok.

  12. Hi guys, im making a mission for multiplayer and i need some help. Here is the basic outline of the mission: Two teams, BLUFOR and OPFOR. Blufor must go in and rescue a hostage being held by the opfor. The hostage is an AI civillian, and i am using an addaction to make the civ join your group and follow. The problem i am having is that i want (when the OPFOR or BLUFOR leader dies) the civ to leave the group and become a civ again. When i tried this, the civ instead takes control of the group and the other team is unable to make the civ join and follow them. Can anyone help me?
  13. Thanks but that hasn't worked for me. All I need is an addaction to pop up when i get within 3 m of the hostage that makes him leave the group. That would be awesome.

  18. Hi, ive been having problems with the new Javelin system. It seems when i press tab to change fire modes the display changes and the lights on the CLU ( hang fire, FLIR, Lock etc...) disappear, leaving me with a black sight. I read somewhere that i may have to change the key binding to rid me of that problem, using the "ace_keys.hpp", but i cant find it! I even tried going to the "settings.ace" in the userconfig and changed the keybinding but that didnt work. The black sight problem went away, but it didnt change the fire mode. I cant even lock with the ace javelin. Also, i cant lock with the shoulder-fired SAMs. Can someone help me with this? Thanks Forget that, i just fixed it. I was using Mando missile and that was the problem. Sorry guys. Mod feel free to delete this post, as i'm too stupid to find a way to properly delete it myself :p
  19. Would someone mind making some snow textures for some weapons, such as the M107 and M4A1? Maybe some other ones too. Would be sweet on some snow maps where you need to be well hidden and blend in
  20. I think ive heard that one before, and people have said that it probably isnt possible, due to the limitation of the engine :(. Hopefully someone can prove them wrong :)
