yea i tried both and still no luck. im running version 1.04 maybe a new patch would fix the problem?

i recently got arma 1 and i wanted to get the police car. the crown vic mod, i downloaded the file and moved both pbh files to my addons folder. but when i went into the editor in game i couldnt find the police car anywhere :( ive also tried to make a mod folder and do it that way but it still wouldnt work.
