  1. It's possible because you can execute global scripts and the disconnecting client will still be able to see them, for 2 seconds. So why is it out of the question to send a specific client a simple function on leaving the server?
  2. No I mean if I add a globalchat command in onPlayerDisconnected, the disconnecting player sees it.
  3. Is it possible to run a script on a client after they click "abort", just before they are taken back to the lobby? It needs to be run on that client itself.
  4. I think that's the player object, which would be null at the time. Well, I'm trying to run a function on a player's client for ACRE, that tells Teamspeak to move out of the ACRE channel when they disconnect from the server. It works if I host locally, since I'm technically the server. Only for me. But obviously not on dedi.
  5. I'm guessing this has been asked before- but is there a function to turn this off in scripts for things like cutscenes?
  6. I was under the impression that this only had an effect on other people- not the player that disconnected themselves?   7. Not sure if this is the right place to ask military questions, if not move this. BIS is a Czech Company, so I'm hoping that some of the community will know the answer to these questions. What is the smallest unit in the Czech Army? (eg, in US army it is Fireteam) What is the composition of that unit? (eg, TL, AR, etc..) Thanks in advance!

  15. Is there any way to detect a crash? The "closed pipe" error only shows after the person has restarted TS, and a loop of acre_sys_io_pipeHandle doesn't detect anything.

    I would be talking about general non-specialised infantry. Motorized or dismounted. 1. On average how many men does this squad consist of. 2.
