    How to explain it? Something needs to be included into game first to be removed. And we are trying to include only assets deemed worthy by the mighty gods of QA into the game. Some assets were not deemed so and are lurking our office in desperate need to be finished. There are some issues that need to be addressed first before they may roam the outside world freely :icon_twisted:

    First to say, no complete part of content has been removed from the game for its release (we aren't doing any release-day-DLC-for-bazzillions-of-macarons as it has been stated with the campaign). We have some unfinished content that would require some degree of our attention, it is possible that it is going to be released as soon as it is finished (which may be along the episodes of campaign and for free off course) :icon_twisted:

    The list should be complete for the release of Arma 3 (or as complete as possible, there are going to be some more minor stuff like optics, additional variants of current vehicles and other stuff). It is highly probable that there will be more content after release with the episodes, but no promises :icon_twisted:

    Factions are not balanced, take a closer look at their weaponry and vehicles. The best possible example may be helicopters - while BLUE have designated light, transport and attack one, RED have medium one and heavy one multi-role choppers, not to mention the GREENs :icon_twisted:

  10. You hear sounds from outside the vehicle muffled a bit while being inside. Programmers and sound designers have worked on some new filters for that and have added some parameters for echo and such stuff :icon_twisted:

    I am sorry to call you wrong this time, I forgot about the dated page (and the ad didn't display correctly on my device, mea culpa). We try to make the message as clear as possible (Arma 3 is a military sandbox platform) and this seems to have slipped our radars.

    Lying again (as with the gearbox and stuff)? Do you happen to know that Arma 2 and Arma 3 are separate games? I have heard that Arma 3 is a "massive military sandbox" :icon_twisted: The discussion here went a lot off topic, there is quite a lot of heat on all sides and much ado without proper arguments. Master lord Joris has already stated that there is going to be a proper explanation with all the facts. I would suggest to wait for it as it would provide enough true reasons for discussion :icon_twisted:

    Thanks for a great feedback, it is much appreciated :icon_twisted: As for the using of RPM, the engine is based on actual diesel engine data and our transmission keeps the high torque values, there is mostly no need to go high revs to have an ideal torque output with a diesel engine. I'll take a closer look at the suspension as there may be some issue with distribution of mass and actual strength of damping, thanks again for a great input :icon_twisted:

  20. The issue is being investigated, it might be related to -world parameter of the game (rather indirectly). Try to remove it and it should work OK as a hotfix :icon_twisted:

    It is a bit more complicated than it might sound - you know by experience that staying on a lower gear would be a long-term gain but that is something hard to describe for an automatic gearbox. Take a look at this - it is the situation You have described. Second gear clearly has better efficiency than the first one and it is expected to be better even after changing the gear, but the slope is greater than expected during the gear change - I have seen automatic transmission doing such error even in real life :icon_twisted:

    This reminds me that I should probably update Car config guide with some new parameters. Just to make it clear - there is a gearbox with specific torque curves and gears, shifting up/down the gears is based mainly on amount of torque provided at current speed by different gears - engine shifts if there is a gear with better amount of torque produced (if it has some significant difference, otherwise it would lose quite a lot of power and had to shift back) :icon_twisted: The parameters in said guide may be better described in future, but I cannot promise anything as it depends on some external influences.

    Amount of Ammo in Vehicles

    The loads are according to current military tactics, don't forget that there are ammo resupply vehicles available in real life (yet to be added in game) and logistics is a vital part of military strategies :icon_twisted:
