I have read the only Coltan Blues Mission thread and nothing there applies to this problem i am having.
Every time I get to the door to the room with the guard and old man I find it open and the Guard and old man frozen in place the guard can not be killed and the old man won't talk and he too can't be killed...so no code and bombs eventually detonates mission failure
Has anyone had this issue? And found away around it?

went from patch 1.56 to 1.57 and problem solved
