    Browse to your arma 2 directory (C\:progfiles\bohemiainteractive\arma 2 ) and look for arrowhead beta patch icon (same as OA icon ) and run from here, this shouldnt need disc but if it does dload a no cd patch.

    If you have applied the 1.54 patch then beta is no good, double check you havent altered the game icons target fields to include old oalready try that stil need cd game to play game and i cant purchased unit in CTI mode

    I get the same message and i am running AmrA2 and OA (originals) and i get the same msg CAAir_BAF requires version 1.54 of application.

    When i start up game i get all the icons shown me that BAF looks like its installed BUT in the right hand corner sure enough it still shows im in version 1.52.

    So why would i get this problem?

    Oh and i brought mine from GamersGate and it was 368mb in size!!

    game patch? i just download it from arma2.com and all of this happens and if i use original launcer that need cd to run game i cannot PURCHASED UNIT IN CTI GAME MODE that can make me very mad i came back to my old problem that cannot purchased unit it take 1 week to search the answer and iam begin to regret buy game arma 2 OA standalone because many bugs and dont know what to instal so i can proper play this game

    Don't use the beta patch as it won't work with 1.54. Did you download a 187Mb patch from ArmA2 main page and run it ? If you did then that is all you need to do. Make sure you dont have any shortcuts pointing at the beta and its just running the normal game using the default shortcuts.

    yeah i patch it but there was just 1 launcer and that launcer is arma2oa and everytime i play i must insert the game cd its that normal? and i have problem cannot purchased unit in CTI mode if i use that launcer

    You sound like you are running Yoma Tools or a 'launcher' program which is not looking at the correct path and still the beta to start the game.

    If its Yoma's Tool just go into settings and find the correct ArmA2OA.exe not the beta one.

    can u tell me how to do it i get the some of patch from here http://www.arma2.com/beta-patch.php and if i dont use that launcer i cant purchased unit in cti mode and if i want to play game i must inster the cd game if there is another way can u tell me to so i can play the game again

    after i patch the game to 1,54 OA before enter the game i got massage like this

    [Addon CAAir_BAF requires version 1.54of application] can someone tell me were i can get this caair baf :(

    and one more thing i always play in my favorite server now i cant connect i dunno know why becausee i read in requitmen is needed versi 1,54 but my game version alredy version 1,54 i see in in list game server requitment and i cant enter and show this massage BAD VERSION SERVER REJECTED CONNECTION pleas can somebody help me

    and sory if my englis is bad

    and i can only enter if i use arma2oa launcer in game folder and i have problem if i use this original launcer from intalation proses i cannot purchased unit in cti mode and first time i enter game sometime i spawn in the middle of nowhere and every time i want to play must inster disk arma 2 oa standalone before i patch to version 1,54 i use

    why if i want to play arma 2 operation arowhead stand alone each time i want to play must insert cd i heard the other people not requaired cd if want to play i already patch to version 1,52 stil need cd to play armar 2 operation arrow head please somebody help me :confused:
