A.C.E 2 problem

So I have to make a new A.C.E 2 folders in Arma 2 with A.C.E2 being at 1.3?

I have this problem with A.C.E 2 when i want to play A.C.E2 with Arma 2 it says "addon ace_anims requires version 1.5 of application". so when I looked around for the patch for Arma 2 i cant find one with Steam compatibility. I know that OA is at 1.5 but have have it uninstalled at the moment.
