[ACRE - ARMA 1.62 - ACRE not connected error]

I have @ACRE and @JayArmaLib_new in my shortcut. And when I launch my steam version - it always fails to connect.

Any ideas on what I could research to fix it?

I found it was a problem caused by my USB headset. Unplugged the USB headset and the game ran fine.

I too purchased Arma 2 OA from Steam - and my system will launch the game, and then arrive at the Menu and then promptly crash back to desktop.

I have tried different drivers - and no luck. Bohemia - help! What's going on?

Arrives at the menu for Arma 2 OA - and then crashes. Any ideas?

I have tried the various settings for the video card. I have downloaded the latest drivers. Both approved and Beta. I have verified cache, and deleted and re-verified cache and not change.

The problem happens for Arma 2 and Arma 2 OA both.

I to am having this problem. Launch the game and it crashes to desktop when it gets to the menu.

Yep.

I even deleted the game, and re-downloaded it - and it still exibits this behavior.

the game processes through the 1st several launch splash screens, then arrives at the main menu where it promptly crashes to desktop.

Totally new install of windows 7 32 bit. GTX260 Nvidia card. 4GB Ram.

Updated current drivers for nvidia, and then updated to latest Beta drivers.

Still crashes.
