Ha I'm not the one who thinks just because a chopper gets shot up that the SF guys and pilots are shitty planners. You can't plan for everything, if that were the case then no one would lose any choppers...

Wow you're a real military genius dude.

Something mean looking like this. -
HAHAHA Yea it was. I'll be sure to edit out that bullshit for sure haha. Sion Lenton possessed my soul for a few mins I think.

I wouldn't pay 60 bucks to play a SP only BIS game. OFP1 and ArmA 1 & 2's real strength came from it being modder friendly, the mission editor and it's superb MP value. With games like COD and MoH they're only worth playing for the SP value and even that isn't worth 60 bucks.

Yea LP's music has gone down the shitter ever since meteora. The trailer is good and the song itself does go well with it, but the band has sold out. They're not the LP that everyone loved and they're not the LP that became a big hit..

The rating system with games, just like with movies is a joke. I was watching R-Rated movies since I was 6 years old and playing games meant for adults for about as long. All it is is an insurance policy of sorts against people who make a living by filing lawsuits..

I'll believe that when I see it first hand, until then I remain extremely dubious about there being no more junkies. There will always be junkies.

Wrong. We never stopped using FFARs... -
Soooo that's not the point nor did it pertain to what I was referring to. I was referring to your statement that they don't have to be realistic just bad ass looking sooooooo yeeeeaaa....

The war was sold on both a 911 connection and the suspicion that Iraq was developing nukes, both turned out to be false. The media used WMD as a common term for nukes. The Iraqis abandoned their bio weapons program in the mid 90s according to the Iraq Survey Group out of fear that discovery of it would result in severe political repercussions including the extension of UN sanctions. However, they concluded, Hussein had perpetuated ambiguity regarding a possible program as a strategic deterrent against Iran. The US was sold on the war because of phony 911 connection and a phony nuclear threat..
-
Exactly and Darkhorse just doesn't seem to get it that there were no Chemical, biological, radiological, or nuclear weapons found. He seems to think that just because we found missiles that COULD carry a nuclear warhead that justifies the war when in fact it doesn't when we went in there on the premise of Iraq trying to develop a nuclear weapon when in fact they weren't.

It's kinda hard to kill someone when they were know never to sleep in the same bed twice and had more than one double, but this is walker we're talking about and in his mind a WW3 can start over a tree. If that was the case then the Axe Murder Incident of 1976 would have renewed the Korean War...
-
LOL Yea I always loved that line "The war will pay for itself." Because he doesn't have a clue and so he avoids questions that will prove it. He's done it to me more than once.
-
Wrong, the war had to do with a phony connection to the 911 attacks and suspected nuclear weapons development. Oil was not on the agenda. If it was we wouldn't be paying the bill for the war, oil sales would be.
-
lol That's pretty neat. Keep it up and add some more islands dude. Add some of the OFP and ArmA1 islands as well.
-
That is true but times change and now the taliban have been using opium sales to fund their war and they may very well keep them in business as a source of economic income, but that is yet to be determined.

Toxic legacy of US assault on Fallujah 'worse than Hiroshima'
Big Mac replied to Joseph Troska's topic in OFFTOPIC
Who said anything about a release? You should learn to read. I was referring to the mishandling on NBC materials and I didn't give a specific time frame. That could mean something as simple as exposing the soil or water supply to these materials and it could have happened with the past 30 or so years. Reading is key. 1. DU rounds 2. Mishandling of NBC materials. 3. Mishandling of toxic waste. WHAT?! I never said anything about WMDs being found in Iraq. Walker There are many factories in Iraq, I wasn't referring to fallujah specifically and toxic waste can be one of many things and the devices that are used in detecting them are not in the standard gear of every soldier, airmen, sailor,or Marine. What I was referring to was the MISHANDLING of toxic waste and/or NBC materials which could mean improper disposal, to storing it in improperly sealed containers in and around the city of fallujah and any point during the past 30 or so years. And when I say NBC materials I'm referring radioactive materials, chemical weapons (if there were any left after the Iran Iraq war) or in the the extreme unlikely event the Iraqis managed to make a bio weapon.I'm going on pure speculation and nothing further since the person who conducted these tests mentioned in article only conclusion was that the US was using a new weapon to blow holes in buildings and killing everyone in the process. Which to me smacks of BS. There are many conventional tools of war that can do that already. -

Have you ever heard of "Dodging the question"? People tend to do it when they can't answer the question. -

That still leaves 3 other possibles. Besides if there's the possibility of mishandled toxic waste or NBC materials that would kinda fall under sanitation.. -
I'm neither arrogant nor biased, but it is a proven fact that there more illiterate people there than not. Also even if they are informed what makes you think they give a damn? As Baff1 and I had said these people play both sides of the fence depending on who is the most powerful ATM. These people are better off to the taliban alive rather than dead, because the taliban need them for the opium and for intel (That's not to say that at least few will be made examples of.) but it still won't stop them from informing on US and on them.

What makes you think that every afghan has a radio or TV or can even read?
