I have the same error messages as above.Regarding the recoil, I think the betas have really taken dire straits with the recoil. It's simply annoying to drag mouse downwards after each shot and makes shooting rapid semi-automatic fire impossible.
In real life the recoil is easier to manage than with mouse. It's not realistic, it's just plain annoying and probably prevents me testing more betas.
Moreover, the AI is happy to blast away without any hinderance from recoil.
If there's going to be deviation of the gun after each shot make it more moderate and more manageable. If it's not properly implemented I suggest going back to original OA/ArmA 2 recoÃls which I find much more satisfying. Third option is to add menu option for recoil adjustement so those craving for "hard-core" recoils can have those 45 degree upward jumps on their 556x45 assault rifles :P
^^^^^^ Me the same: Recoil (in this way) is annoying! That´s why i went back to plain 1.52. Hopefully this never will be put into a final release. :mad:

With OA sometimes (or even every time) the players modell or the team-members hangs/ is stucked in the ground, especialy if you stand on rocks.

It´s no more maneuverable, even Save and Reload doesn´t help... :mad:
Anyone else with this annoyance ???
(I have Arma 2 and OA installed, never had that problem with Arma2 )

I improved my unofficial debug console from ArmA1 and ported it to ARMA 2.
Since I'm not planning to continue working on it, feel free to improve it as you wish.

However, I have no problem if a MOD removes the link from my post. :)
I really do not understand why my questions could be an offence to other players? There are people who like to use this for SP. only!
Everybody should play this wonderful game as he/she wants. Just my 2cents ;-)

why not using it for singleplayer? I dont think that its possible to "ab"use it for multiplayer, cause it is signed for SP only, isn´t it?
(Before the trolls start: Sometimes it is fun to play a mission with different settings. And I´m not the only who likes to use it... ;) )

my Notepad++. Maybe it´s czech language or so?

I tried to extract the STRA_DEBUG2.PBO but getting the same error massage as CarlGustafa. :mad:
So this PBO is protected or not????

Confirmed: OA can manage Mods, you can order them up and down, activate and deactivate, as you wish
(for me ordering of MODs is abstruse, couse every mod is like a "black box" at the end)

No error message. in Arma2 you start a mission, press ESC for menue, then Enter and the Console is displayed in the Mission. (as shown picture on first page)
In OA nothing happens, no console comes up...

If you using an ARMAII Launcher this mod will not recognized, because there is
no "Addons" folder inside the path.
Can I just put a plain "addons" folder under the "@okt_noblur", without destroying the effect of the mod? So the Mod could be used and managed by ARMAII Launcher?

For me there is no advantage or better RAM usage with this beta :-(
ARMA2 is still using max. 900MB RAM.
My Rig is Core7 920, 6 GB DDR3, GTX285.
Running Windows 7 x64
Is there any Startup Parameter to set to get more RAM Usage??

ok, I checked it again.
The problem is in the Mission "Operation Sun Devil", when you have to "Eliminate Ivan Barkow". If you´re about 300 meters (or nearer) away from the house and using zoom (weapon or Binacular) the game crashes.
Maybe this description helps?
UPDATE:
Switch from the last Nvidia Beta-Driver to the Final Driver, now everything is ok. Interesting that I had no problems before except on that mission.
Anyway great Campaign!!!

i have the same problem in Seal Team Six 2, 5th Mission. When use the Binacular or the Rifle Scope,
the game crash to the desktop. I Have all required Addons installed, playing the Non-Ace version.
Any Ideas?

When I leave a vehicle as driver and any team member stays in, the headlights in the humvee automatically turns on???
You first have to dismount all teammates from the vehicle to leave the lights off?
