  1. I've noticed this with the command action in mission flashpoint Chernarus by thomsonb. It takes 15s. to make the menu appear. I feel like scripts are now in low priority. I'm not a script specialist but it seems to be the same problem with the sniper range table when running ace2. It fails to respond in less than 10-20sec when seeked. Besides, rendering is much smoother with this beta and I didn't encounter missing texture for the moment. No noticeable increase in fps except in high altitude crusing (test 5 of ARMA II mark : +200%). We're on a good course. :bounce3: I5 750/hd5850/catalyst 10.4 beta/4g ram/win 7 64
  2. I play with Postprocessing at low with OKTnoblur mod cause I really enjoy light effects such as night vision or lense glare. But there's a problem with the CQB sight attached to ACOG rifles for example : the whole border of the screen is blurred when you use this CQB sight. I know that it reproduce the effect of the lens of the ACOG but it reduces the vision angle as you can't really recognize things in this blur (it's like glasses that try to reproduce the drunken vision in road safety centers :o). Is it possible to obtain a normal vision (without effect) in CQB sight ?

  4. Hi Chammy, I hope you're not too exhausted or stressed by recent events. Besides, I've just noticed one bug with the last v1.04b : recoils disappear on M16A4, M16A4 (Ironsight) and M16A4 M203. I only run ACE2 (with its sound mod) and CSM2 1.04b when noticing this.

    I 've got everything ok when I just put ace2 and your M4/M16 mod... strange. I will try to find out which of the other mods disable those recoils (GL4, SLX, Warfx?? ...) And yes, the others are ok. ---------- Post added at 09:18 AM ---------- Previous post was at 08:50 AM ---------- So, I'm happy to tell you it's not your mod that causes this bug.:) It's Chammy Sound Mod 1.04b that I've updated a few days ago and when I tested your m4/m16, I've noticed this change. After all : thank you for these mods ;)

    Hi, I've lost the recoil on M-16, ironsight and aimpoint. I think this happens with the cfg file posted at 2:07PM yesterday.

    Hi, I cannot load this mission while it requires oh2_wheeled and oh2_characters that are not contained in ACE, ACEX nor CBA... Too bad, this seems to be the kind of mission I enjoy. Edit : I guess they're in ACE PLA. I will give a try. Edit 2 : Ok, it works with ACE PLA installed.

    Hi, dataram Ramdisk works fine with 7 http://memory.dataram.com/products-and-services/software/ramdisk The free version is limited by the maximum size of the ramdisk (4Gb) but in my case it's sufficient.

    Hi, After trying yesterday this mission in SP, I've never been able to complete one of the secondary mission like : ''there's a convoy near to you, can you attack it ?'' Battlemage have cancelled every mission he gave me about 1 minute after the first call. Have someone else already noticed this ?

  17. With my i5 750 at 3.4GHz, there's strictly no difference between CPUCount on 2 or 4.:icon_sad: I don't believe it could be HT that makes this increase.

  19. I've already tested my whole memory with Memtest (0 errors). I use the performance monitor included in win7 and I always see a pike in the memory usage just before it crashes (saving or loading a campaign mission). So yes it's due to a memory problem in my case.

  21. +1 It's the same for me : win7 64 pro I5 750 + 4Gb RAM ATI 5850 It crashes during 80% of my saving/loading sequences. I'm bored of playing manhattan mission for two weeks... I've tried the xp sp3 compatibility option but it doesn't change anything.
