    Isn't that just terrain lowered under a sea level so it's a sea in the middle? Just like the swamp area in Altis. Real rivers and ponds are also above the sea level.

  4. I finally got this working after 3h of struggling against starting from the right beginning of getting even the IF work again. I'm loving it!
  5. Is it possible to do mod sets wih the -par parameter thing? I tried but I can't get any mod load for me with that so is there something more in that? /I can't really get it to do anything.
  6. You mean that there should be just a tick box to enable mods and not to search manually the folder inside Arma 3 folder?

    I made some tests. These are all tested with weapon lowered. I tested how long distance you can run before you hit 60% (600/1000) fatigue which is when the vignette kicks in and sway starts to be challenging. Type Jog/Sprint Fatigue recovery per second out of 1000 (Prone/Crouch/Stand) Civil 4200m/1250m -48/-48/-38 Guerrilla 1250m/310m -33/-24/-16 Rifleman 820m/220m -28/-21/-14 Medic 680m/180m -27/-20/-13 AA man 480m/130m -22/-16/-11 Max load 400m/110m -20/-15/-10 Guerrilla is equip with a TGR-21 ACO with 7 mags and 4 grenades, slash bandolier and AAF fatigues. Civil is Civilian Hunter. Rifleman, Medic and AA guys are from BLUFOR Max load is with maxed load.
  11. Here are some issues that have been there for a while but I don't remember to see any reports. Small things but would help especially the zoom in and out bug that's very old at least. Raise Weapon keys don't bring the weapon up when crouched. You can lower the weapon but can't bring it up :/ Submarine movement Nose Up and Nose Down doesn't work right. It just goes straight. Right and left "flaps" seems to go different direction which is probably the issue? Toggle Zoom Out or In don't work with vehicles. Very annoying issue when you really want to use those. When I'm driving I want more FoV. /Ceeb showed earlier tickets that I missed because my filter was set wrong 16065 and 10511

    I don't have any problems even in the dev branch. What other mods are you using and have you tried verify cache from Steam for your Arma 3? Could be that your Arma 3 is bit corrupted. I hope to hear some more news some day! Can't wait to play around with more video settings!

    Hmm toggle raise weapon doesn't raise the gun when crouched. Though I can bring my gun up clicking a mouse it would be still nice if the key works.
  14. I made this video to show how good it would be to have exclude filter in the Arma 3 server browser. You see that I've marked Wasteland, Life, KotH, Battle Royale, Breaking Point and Epoch servers because that's not what I'm looking for. They're cluttering the server browser so much that nobody without a huge amount of effort like I did for this video can find anything other than the servers that I excluded. No wonder that Life and Wasteland have so many players because that's almost all you can see in the browser. I just wonder do some people even know that there are other gamemodes in the game? I'm sorry if any of you who made or like those game modes take this as an attack. This isn't attack against you. I can also sometimes enjoy those modes. It's just a bad thing that BIS hasn't include a good filter system in a sandbox game because people are looking for different experiences from Arma. Many other games don't need exclude filter because gamemodes are so restricted. The current filter system just isn't enough because Arma 3 has grown so much that there are over 4000 servers. In the past this wasn't a problem because there wasn't so many servers until the DayZ happened in A2. You need to realise that Arma has grown up and this Arma isn't only about private gaming anymore! The filter system really needs some love from BIS (and Steam?). I'm sure this isn't the only problem but it would at least be some kind of a workaround.

    Yep those CPUs needs to be clocked on the same level to really see which one is the best for Arma 3.

    The rain sound has got a weird beeping since it was introduced. I don't remember was there any ticket about it before but here's a one made by ikerdo today. http://feedback.arma3.com/view.php?id=20902 It's bit annoying even because you can hear it multiple times.   17. Hmm interesting. Nice to see some tweaking in this area. I've set both raise/lower weapon and hold breath for space. Double tapping takes too much time to raise/lower the weapon so I use it more often. Those key commands also don't conflict each other because weapon doesn't get lowered when you're watching through your sights :D But I don't remember did I have to change something out from the space.

    Oh yes they're awesome! Now if they could add different sound for the rain when you're under a roof/inside a house.

    Yes the precence of the wind is very low on audio side and even bit some more visual things would be welcome. Here's a very known scale how to estimate wind http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Beaufort_scale It's very handy if you need to estimate the wind but you can't see it from any data.

    I also don't like the "futuristic" setting but adding something that doesn't fit "2035" but more for 2000 isn't the right way because then the DLC wouldn't fit with the whole game at all. They would need to do a whole expansion to fit something like that with enough content. I was also expecting at least 3 helicopters... The extra features likely eat any extra helicopter. But I bought the DLC just to support BIS no matter what content they would give me :D

    Everyone knows though that you can put up very high quality stuff even if you go for the MANW with an earlier/rawer build. I'm not going to hate you if you go for it :D I really like what you've done with the DF.

    Firing from Vehicles feedback

    Hmm I got some bug at least with the HEMTT that when I ordered AI to get in vehicle 2 didn't hop in until those firing positions were filled. So if you order more than two, the two first ones don't go in vehicle until you order them again because the next two took their firing position seats. Very easy to produce. With HEMTT at least I'd like to aim over the other passengers also. The enemy can be even somewhere more up so you can shoot over them or there maybe isn't even anyone sitting in front of you so you could shoot if you want. Or is this limitation because of the AI? Could you add more "room" for players? We should have an option to change seat on and off the firing seat inside the vehicle. I like how if you're left side you can go on the left and from the right side on the right. So close that we could get some improvement how to interact/go inside a vehicle :D You can do it BIS just better detection where you're watching!
