@ Haviv if you are in the right spot an ied should explode and blow your legs off - your next waypoint (which you will have to crawl to) will have a medic tent where you can get a heal. i might try this mission tonite if i have time.

Score Points for Objectives Completed

Hey guys - another question for a scripter I want to create some tournament missions with point scoring for objectives that are completed. Say there are 3 mission objectives - one Primary worth 60 points plus two secondary objectives worth 20 points each. The only way for a coop team to keep their points is for at least one of the team to make it to extraction. So it becomes a risk vs reward situation where you can win more points by completing more objectives but if your team dies then you get 0 points coz noone got out alive. Just not sure how to set this up and fairly sure I need a scripter to do a bit of work for me to create it. thanx again Lighty. -

i'd like to know if its possible to make the croc disengage from an attack b4 it gets too close to land given that it will appear out of water and look dodgy? -
Icebreakr - you are the master, you know that don't you. I just redownloaded Duala after having messed with it a year ago or more. It really is spectacular!

lol loserville (for those of you who dont know, the default is 1 life with i think about 8 revives for the whole team) once the revives are used you will end up about 5km from the action. i think if you JIP you suffer the same fete. and i think if you are not revived within about 2 maybe 3 min you will die too and end up in loserville. try to preserve life....play the way its meant to be played. no respawns. strange bcoz there is nothing added to this mission but could be in the addons list in the mission - i will check it out. -

thanx Devs - great list of fixes and so excited to see how the AI not being able to see through grass and less visible through forest will behave in game. and i also hope it means that players will no longer feel the need to play missions with no grass on which is such a shame for the amazing maps out there, i.e. players turning grass off on Lingor (devestating!!). -

i will take note of the Ghillie suit and get it into this for you. This weekend release for MP coop - at least 6 of the 9 missions in total to go 'live'! Fine tuning the last 3 - for release by next weekend. -

a couple of issues i have with this - a) the chopper seems to crash half the time - like it cant avoid hitting trees - faulty ai. b) i get 4 waypoints right near eachother in a circle but then one about 2 or 3 km away causing chopper to fly off away from the area i want it. thoughts? fixes? -

8th mission is effectively complete - so I will do a review of all missions over the next week and a half then pack up and release v.1.0 for 9 player MP COOP followed by SP a few days later. -
I would create the mission on Afghan map - the new beta - apparently this has a lot of cliffs etc which you cant simply walk up. Or even a map with a lot of rivers so you cant simply travel in a straight line and have to go around the rivers requiring ongoing adjustment.

Dont lose weapons in water crossing

ACE seems to have pushed the time that you hang on to weapons during water crossing to 2 minutes - vanilla is about 30 seconds. Is there a way to hang on to weapons for river crossings longer than a couple of minutes? thanks Lighty
