I like it! I feel the handling more natural then without inertia. -
Does the latest dev contains the desync fix what was mentioned in sitrep? We notice huge desync. We both have red chain. I(server) see every movement but my friend(client) don't see my movement. Restarting the game helped for a time(5-10m), but we can't diagnose the issue.

I got script error in 1.5 when i use it without acre. I added in FAR_Mute_ACRE below the time waitUntil: waitUntil{!isnil "acre_sys_core_globalVolume"};

I agree. There should be a not recoverable fatigue based on the gear weight. The unit with heavy gear should have a minimum amount of fatigue greater than 0%. E.g. Units can carry 10 kg without extra fatigue. Anything above that should give a not recoverable fatigue. Unit with heavy gear(10kg+15kg) should have 5%(or more) fatigue in relaxed state. If he take off the extra weight then this fatigue should recover to 0%. This is a real life behavior. You don't have to run/walk to get tired if your bag is 30 kg.

This helped a lot, but i think it is still blow up quite often. As i see(youtube) the explosion should depend on the speed+deceleration of the vehicle rather on actual speed of the vehicle. E.g: Slide on the ground with high speed but low deceleration should not explode. Flight into the building whit high speed should explode aka "Ka-boom". -

Dslyecxi nailed the key points! They just need to move out of the uncanny valley(reduce explosions and fix those strange simulation behaviors). If the heli behave like in real world then isn't frustrating and annoying.

It would be enough a little force on the bullet impact point to make it better. If the force will increase with the caliber even better. Edit: Btw this is not a normal use case of the killing. On the battlefield the enemy not just stand like in the VR.

New video would be great! Just as you guys said the new fatigue system require time to learn for the veteran arma players too. I could adapt it quite quick, but two of my friend(beginners) think is is unrealistic. Now we are use the ShackTac stamina bar which helps them to realize how their fatigue change.

You can do that with a GoKart too. It looks like that the fuel is a C4. Edit: Is there only one blow up damage for all vehicle?

Wiggum here is a workaround: Make heli waypoints to circle. Add action like "Begin mission" to the heli. This will terminate the circle waypoint and activate the next waypoint or other triggers, scripts. The heli circle until all player is ready(Connected). The squad leader use the "Begin mission". For the topic: The BIS should disable the AI activity until the player join into the avatar. The most annoying thing is when the AI start shooting/moving, while player is JIP. This can easily lead to unusable saves. -

I think the weapon sway is OK as is! The problem is with the AI accuracy. -
I'm satisfied. The upcoming DLC-s would be awesome. It will contains the most waiting features and I hope that they will fix the most annoying issues too in the near future.

Hi community! I want to start discussion of the saving in the game. I really like the immersion of the arma. I can enjoy the fights and I'm really satisfied, when i can finish a mission without save. Saving game is a immersion break(in my opinion). You can kill enemies one by one until you reach your destination. I think i'm not the only one who do that! Why players do that? I think it is because they can't play good enough to do that OR in the missions enemies are overpowered. I'm playing on regular difficulty(save available) and i had many situations in campaign and showcases where i have to do this trick. This sometimes lead to that i finish the mission alone. All team member fall down. Example showcase infantry. Our team contains five man, against 15-20 enemy?! Can it be a real situation? Is that realistic? I tried it multiple times today(10+) without luck. What i'm trying to say that some missions even the player made missions are overpowered. I think mission editors sometimes can't estimate what players can handle. I think in mission where you forced to save it is not a good mission. I played 2 or 3 weeks ago ARMA Cold war crisis and it was much much easier to play. I could finish missions 3-4 tries without save. I don't want to insult anybody. I just wanted to share my feelings, why i rage quit of the game so often. :) What about you? Do you save often?

Last time i played online was with Arma 2. But since Arma 3 i could play only offline with AI. PVP is much easier because the enemy is player too and play/behave same. AI can shoot from positions where player was not able or will not shoot. For me it is OK, because i think to the AI like a real soldier who know how to fight. Maybe in a real world i would able to notice him, but on the screen in 2D is much much harder. I think this is the source of the frustration for me. An the bug factor is still there too. I like the long missions too and i'm not against the "autosave" or the "exit and save". It is a necessary in the game. I just miss an easyer missions.

I think on the lower difficulty level is acceptable to have indicators/icons for fatigue(just like stance).

I must agree that some game elements are too easy to use. I think difficulty of use these things should be based on the actual game difficulty settings. With lower difficulty the game should be more arcade. Artillery: Lower difficulty the current system(find target, call support). On veteran difficulty player should send the grid(find target, read direction and distance=>find grid(,height above see level?), send). Lock system: On the lower difficulty the current system. On the Veteran difficulty the player should change the weapon settings to be able to lock the target(im not a weapon specialist, but i think it is need some configuration before use). Example for Titan see the targeting UI for hint. +1 for this, this should be default on all settings.

Hi there, The anniversary announcement says that it is possible to redeem Arma 2 games on steam with CD keys. Is there any plan to add ToH and ToH:Hind into the list? I really want to redeem my Take On Helicopters! Thank you!
