  1. I'd like to see some water warfare: 1. Scubadivers. 2. Underwater vassels. 3. Carriers and such. I'll aslo like to see some conflict in the middle east.

    Indeed, for choppers mouse and keybord beats sticks 9 of 10. As for fixed wing it's the oposite.
  3. Yeah we had that in mind. So we will probably add some civilian slots for role playing. BTW I do belive that version 1.4 will be released this week. Alot has been improved. So stay tuned :bounce3:

    Any other mods on such as ACE?
  6. Care to point me to some explanation about the new logistics (cargo) options? It's looks very promissin, I really liked what R3F did with that and i'd like to see something like that in ACE. BTW what happend to the ability to drag small boxes? can't see that nomore on 1.6.

    Attacking Helicopters seems to be too weak.

    Indeed most AH and transport choppers can take some small arms fire and even AT rounds. But most AA are very dangerous to choppers. The idea is to use the heli correctly. Thanks to ACE we can now use LOBL LOAL fire mod and aproch the danger with care. But don't get it wrong AH are not tanks, well exept the Hind.

    AI Pathfinding in Vehicles on Takistan

    Make sure that the AI behavior is set to "Careless" or "Safe". Otherwise they'll ignore roads.
  9. Weather are client side. When a player JIP he gets the weather defined by the mission but for the players that allready on the server the weather can change. It's lead to a place when for one player there is no fog and for the other there are tons of fog. The only way to solve it is by syncing with the server and not getting a pre-defined parameters. Well i'm working on some sync script. I'll publish it soon, basicly the idea is to call the server ask him what his weather and broadcast it to the JIP client.

  11. I can't make it work with ACE. known issue? Ok, my bad. I had to read the int_module.sqf to understand what I did wrong. It's only working on SP since it's checking for switchableUnits. Great mod.
  12. Actually it isn't a typo (although it might started as one). The idea is that once you press safe all the mission information u need to load is saved into the clipboard (Ctrl +c) it's actually isn't saved, just kept safe for now. So in order to save it just minimized to desktop, open a TXT file and paste (Ctrl +V) it there. Once you want to load the mission just open the TXT file you saved, select all (Ctrl+a) and copy it back to clipboard (Ctrl +c). Then get back into the game and press load. It's simple, and all you need in your community's dedicated server is an MCC runing on it. Every one can upload a mission without getting the server down, uploading files and whatever. BTW Safe & Load was always there. It's just disabled throw process because the new options wheren't included. Now the do, every thing you placed will be safe (exclude timed elements such as: Artillery call, Evac choper, convoy WP).
